Grill up something delicious out on the deck while enjoying a neighborhood view, or whip up something tasty in the well-equipped, full kitchen with a dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils and other accessories. Enjoy dinners in a formal dining setup, complete with stemware and bartending equipment.
All bedrooms are on the first floor, so guests can enjoy après ski and head off to sleep peacefully whenever they want. There are enough mugs in this kitchen for everyone to enjoy a cup of cocoa at the end of the day. Just pop in a DVD or stream a favorite on one of the Smart TVs and enjoy your own retreat in the center of everything.
Things to Know
Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.
There is a winter and summer toys closet for guest use.
WiFi can be slow in this mountain town, depending on the time of the year.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
