The Cocoonr agency invites you to come and stay in this cosy, medium-term Cocoon Nantais, located on the third floor of a condominium with elevator. A brand-new building and apartment, you'll love its layout and decor. You'll be greeted on site by a member of staff who will introduce you to the apartment and how it works, and hand over the keys.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

It comprises :
- An entrance hall leading to a living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.
- A sleek, well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, 2-burner induction hob, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine). To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
- A living room with a sofa that sleeps every day, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and an Internet connection.
- A bright bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200), with quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels, and a bed made up on arrival.
- a shower room with toilet

Neighborhood:
When you stay at Cours Bastille, you benefit from a privileged location. Just a 5-minute walk will take you to the heart of the city. Stroll along the Rue Crébillon to discover the many boutiques, or gaze at the majestic Opera House in Place Graslin. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or the Cours Cambronne, both 10 minutes away. For walkers, the Château des Ducs de Bretagne takes no more than fifteen minutes. Ideally located, you can enjoy the Talensac market (10 min walk) and the flea markets of Place Viarme.

Public transport :
- Tramway: "Jaurès" or "Viarme" (5min)
- Self-service bicycles called "Bicloos".
- Airport: a shuttle bus is available from "Commerce" for a 20 min journey to the apartment.

Other remarks :
- Charges are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.
