We propose to you with the hiring, in Nantes, this charming apartment of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate to 3 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom (with shower). The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

- A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 double sofa bed

Exterior:
The apartment is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment in the immediate vicinity of the banks of the Erdre and the famous island of Versailles. You can reach the hyper center in 10 minutes on foot or in 3 minutes by streetcar.
You will be able to store, have lunch in a restaurant, have a drink in a bar, visit Nantes, the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the Royal and Graslin squares, etc... You will be close to everything to discover the city.

Transportation:
- You will be able to park near the Talensac parking lot (paying parking lot).
- The St Mihiel stop, streetcar line 2 is at the end of the street; many buses also including the C2 (express line); self-service bicycles, the "Bicloos".
- Nearest train station: Nantes, accessible in less than 10 minutes with bus 12.
- Nearest airport: shuttle bus at the "Commerce" stop that will take you to the Nantes Atlantique airport in 20 minutes (depending on traffic).
