Like Gatsby the Magnificent, come and experience a real cocoon in the heart of a 1920s building with all the modern comforts. On the third floor (no lift), the flat has been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. You'll find it hard to believe you're in the centre of Nantes!

This bright flat has a living room with an open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, etc.).
The lounge area features a large corner sofa (which can be converted into a 140x200 bed), a television and a WIFI connection.
The large bedroom has a double bed (160x200), a desk, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
The bathroom has a large shower and a macerator toilet.

For your convenience, we provide a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Cocoonr Agency
Le Gatsby accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.

Local area and transport
All the shops you need are in the neighbourhood, including one of the best bakeries in Nantes!
Just a 10-minute walk from the centre and the tramway, and a 15-minute walk from the Machines de l'île, this is the ideal place to stay in Nantes. The icing on the cake is a very nice theatre in the rue du Gatsby!
