ARISTIDE - Emplacement privilégié à Nantes

Ideally located, two steps from the most beautiful Hotel of Nantes, the Radisson. Come and stay in this cosy Nantes Cocoon located on the second floor of a condominium with elevator. You will be seduced by its layout and decoration.

It is arranged as follows:
- an entrance on living room.
- a refined and very well equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, induction cooker with 2 burners, coffee machine
Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster).
- a living room with a flat screen television and an internet connection.
- a spacious and bright bedroom with quality bedding (140*190).
- a modern and refined bathroom.
- a separate toilet

The Cocoonr Agency
The Aristide accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will present the apartment, its functioning and will give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. To start your stay, we offer you some Nespresso coffee pods and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar.
We also provide a washing machine, an ironing board and an iron.

Neighborhood and transportation
When you stay at Aristide, you benefit from a privileged location: a pedestrian area just 7 minutes away for your pleasure. Walk around the Radisson hotel, take Lafayette street and reach the heart of the city. You will be able to stroll and discover the numerous stores of the Crébillon street or observe the majestic Opera of the Graslin square. You can also choose to visit the Natural History Museum or discover the Cours Cambronne which are both 10 minutes away. For the walkers, going to the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany will not take more than fifteen minutes.
Ideally located, you will be able to take advantage of the Talensac market (7 minutes on foot), of the flea markets of the Viarme square. If however you have a preference for public transport, the tramway stop "Jaures" is only 5 minutes away.
You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos"!

For the airport, a shuttle is available from "Commerce" (10 min from the apartment), it takes about twenty minutes.

Many shops are nearby but also excellent restaurants in a very popular area !

Aristide Wonderful location and apartment which was spotless. Everything you would need in the kitchen. The only comment is that the heating in the building was not working while we were there so it was cold some days in the apartment. Cocoonr came over immediately to see what the issue was when it was reported but it was a building issue. A portable heater was provided which helped.

J'ajoute que j'étais sur Nantes pour un congrès et que je ne n'ai été dans cet appartement que pour dormir. Ceci ayant limité cet inconvénient. Le 5 est pour cette raison, sinon 7."

Aristide Très bel appartement dans le centre de Nantes, bien équipé, bien agencé et fonctionnel. Déco agréable, appartement lumineux. A 10 mns à pied du centre et du marché Talensac. En face d'un petit parc, au 1er étage, quelques bruits de voiture (quand on a les fenêtres ouvertes) même si la rue est calme. Accueil sympathique et agence réactive. Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Nantes.
