All shops, transport, cinemas, theaters, bars and restaurants at the foot of the building. Covered parking included in the rental 250 meters from the apartment.

Beautiful city centre apartment

Our stay in the apartment was absolutely wonderful and was thorough enjoyed by all the family. The apartment is close to many of Nantes' main attractions, and is very convenient to shops and transport. The apartment itself is full of beautiful pieces, and also provided us with amazing views of the city, and the basilica, which it is directly beside.A great visit . Thank you Maurice.

Very noisey day and night

Maurice was friendly and our check in went smooth. The apartment was in very good central location, but extremely noisy. People fighting, sirens day and night, tons of commercial trucks in the early morning. Cleanliness could be improved. Glasses and cups were in the cupboard unwashed. The place could a good deep cleaning. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly from scalding hot to cold. This appeared to be someone's residence with their clothes, belongings, and medications all around. We felt like we were intruding in someones home.

Appartement idéalement situé mais propreté à revoir

Appartement central qui permet de visiter très facilement Nantes. Parking très pratique. Neanmoins j’ai été très incommodée par le manque de propreté dès notre arrivée (sols, salle de bain, cuisine, évier, tout était sale! quel dommage!). Je n’ai pas pu m’empêcher de faire tout mon ménage avant d’y passer notre première nuit. Surprise de voir le frigo non vidé comme il est coutume de le faire habituellement. Dans les chambres, aucun moyen d’y ranger nos vêtements, tous les tiroirs sont occupés par le propriétaire. Attention à l’annonce, il y a 2 chambres et non 3. 1 salle de bain et non 2 comme précisé. Vous l’aurez compris, un peu déçue de cette location.

L'appartement est très bien situé ,tout est facile d'accès . Très clair ,belle cuisine , mais très encombré d'objets personnels livres ,bibelots , etc ,impossible de poser quelquechose , de suspendre un vêtement ...et un grand ménage à fond serait nécessaire ... Mais ce sont des détails , et nous avons passé un excellent séjour

A spring weekend in Nantes

For the location alone this flat has to be highly recommended. It is within walking distance of all the main sights. Our family of five adults stayed here comfortably for a weekend. The flat is charming and "lived in" but may not appeal to people wanting a neutral hotel room vibe. We had a problem during our stay and Maurice and his son responded swiftly to deal with it. We would stay here again.

Décoration soignée et emplacement parfait mais la propreté est à revoir

L'appartement est vaste, bien agencé, bien décoré et bien situé. Nous avons toutefois été très incommodés par l'odeur d'urine très présente dans les toilettes, la forte odeur de chèvre se dégageant du frigo, et la propreté plus qu'approximative de l'endroit ( les cheveux et poussières restent collés sous les collants lorsque l'on marche pieds nus), cheveux dans l'évier, vaisselle sale. Il s'agit de la résidence principale de l'hôte, ce qui n'est pas mentionné sur le site, par conséquent le frigo est encore plein ( et très odorant) , le gel douche est négligemment laissé sur le sol de la douche, difficile de se sentir bien dans ce lieu malgré les nombreux avantages qu'il présente.
