Le Pommeraye is a beautiful apartment, just renovated, located in the heart of the city. Located in a nice shopping street at the foot of the Pommeraye Passage, it is ideal for a stay in Nantes, for business or personal reasons. With an area of 37m2, it has a nice living room and can accommodate 4 people.

Located on the third floor (without lift) of a quiet building, it has a beautiful living room with open kitchen and sitting area, a mezzanine bed (7+ years), a bedroom, a shower room with toilet. You will be seduced by the warm atmosphere and harmonious decoration of the apartment. Recently renovated and fully equipped, the Pommeraye will offer you a nice parenthesis in the heart of the city, in a quiet (chamber side courtyard). . .

Le Pommeraye is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, rugs and towels are provided and beds are made upon arrival. To start your stay well, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and a few bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.

Neighbourhood and transport
In the heart of Nantes, you will be within walking distance of all shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. Once the suitcases are unpacked, Nantes is at your feet: the sumptuous Opéra Graslin, the famous Art Nouveau restaurant La Cigale, the Passage Pommeraye classified as a “Historic Monument” and the Parc Cours Cambronne are just a stone’s throw from the building. The castle is only a 10-minute walk away and our famous Elephant of the Machines of the island is 15 minutes away.

You are 10 minutes by tram from the Nantes train station (Trade Stops). It takes about 20 minutes by bus from the train station to the airport.
By car: the underground car park Commerce is 100 m away and the outdoor car park Place de la petite Hollande as well.
