Le Pommeraye "Excellent séjour, appartement très agréable à vivre, tout le cœur de Nantes accessible à pied! 🙂 Très bon accueil et installation facile. Équipement complet et logement optimisé pour une famille avec enfant. Quartier cœur de ville et malgré tout très au calme. La mezzanine est très ludique pour les enfants. Belle hauteur sous plafond et belle lumière. Le logement jouxte le passage pommeray et le quartier dans sa partie haute compte de très belles adresses ! 🙁 Malgré une bonne impression de propreté, des détails à revoir en cuisine (panier à salade utilisé et non nettoyé, fond d'évier, capsules café utilisées non retirées de la machine, poussière sur les lustres). Des remontées d'odeurs dans les toilettes, mais on nous a expliqué que c'était le cas pour tout le quartier ancien lors de jours de forte pluie et un désodorisant était à disposition."

ALl instructions were very clear 🙁 It was on the 3rd floor so about 70 steps so if you were old or had mobility issues then perhaps it could be difficult. We did not mind apart from carrying our two large heavy suitcases when we arrived and when we left as there was no lift. Apart from that everything else was great."

Le Pommeraye Fantastic stay at Le Pommeraye. Well equipped kitchen (including sharp knives and good sized pasta pot !) and great central location for exploring Nantes, next to the Passage Pommeraye. Light and airy apartment with roof top views which make up for the 3 flights of stairs ! Contact good and accommodated a cancelled flight and arrival next day. Finding out the buses and trams are free at the weekend throughout Nantes was a big plus. Would thoroughly recommend.

Le Pommeraye I had an a-okay stay in this apartment. It's in a great location – right in the city center, easily accessible from the main train station, and in walking distance from all major attractions – and it was clean and full of light. From the photos, however, I expected it to be in slightly better shape. A lot of things could be improved, starting from the bathroom, which would need some renovation (the baseboard is coming off, there's a constant weird smell, the door handle isn't working properly, and there's no place to hang your wet towels.) More attention to small details would probably make this apartment more cozy/comfortable. Heads-up to the light-sleepers: the boiler is right in the bedroom and can make noises during the night, so bring some earplugs. Communication with the renting agency was good. All in all, I'm unsure whether I'd stay here again if I ever returned to Nantes.
