Located on the Butte Sainte Anne, the completely new 48m² apartment is very bright with a 10m² terrace overlooking the Loire and the island of Nantes. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by car or by public transport. The machines of the island are in 20mn on foot. Shops are located nearby.
The apartment includes a 25m² living room with a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom and separate toilets. A parking space is reserved in the residence.

An excellent base for visiting Nantes

This is a clean, comfortable, well equipped flat in a quiet residential area. Near a well stocked Carrefour local and a baker. Secure off street parking and proximity to a tram line are major benefits. Nantes is an interesting, diverse and very walkable city. Research and follow the green line to visit and learn about places you would never otherwise have found. Great gastronomy too with a lot of small affordable restaurants with passionate and creative chefs.

Superbe appartement avec vue sur Nantes

L'appartement est parfait et très propre. Joli salon avec cuisine bien équipée. Dans la cuisine, nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire. Une chambre XL. Aucun bruit car la terrasse surplombe des jardins. Parking privé dans la résidence. Accueil parfait.

Über den Dächern von Nantes

Wir waren zwei Nächte in der kleinen FW, die sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet war. Sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch auf der ausziehbaren Couch konnte man gut schlafen. Die Terrasse lud abends zum Sitzen ein. Die Unterkunft lag in einem ruhigen Viertel; zur Altstadt waren es 15-20 Gehminuten. Eric war ein guter Gastgeber; flexibel, als wir die Wohnung eine Stunde früher beziehen wollten und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden die FW wieder buchen.

Logement où j'avais déjà séjourné. L'emplacement à proximité du tram 1, le calme et le confort (hormis peut-être le canapé) sont très appréciables pour ce genre de séjour de courte durée. Par beau temps, la terrasse doit être très agréable

nice apartment to visit Nantes with great view

Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. Easy to get the tram or rental bikes (bicycloo). Nearby beautiful gardens and house of Jules verne. The balcony was really great. We could see the cathedral, and the smoke of the fire (18 july). Apartment very clean and spatious. Very IKEA also. Kitchen very well equipped, with also basic needs like coffee, oil, pasta, etc. We went to the beach in La Baule, Just 50 minutes by car. And we likes Nantes very much!
