The apartment is completely renovated with closed parking in the basement + secure bike room on the ground floor. You will find all the comfort to spend a WE or a stay in Nantes. We offer you on arrival: tea and coffee.
The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a recent building with elevator. Nearby are: the City Center, the Machines de l'Ile, the supermarket open on Sunday morning, the Tramway and the Bicloo station.
The entrance hall has a large closet, with wardrobe and hangers.
The living room / dining area and open kitchen is large with 30 m2.
The kitchen is very well equipped (with induction hob) and also: raclette grill and Dolce Gusto.
Right next to the kitchen, a dining area with a round table can accommodate 4 people.
In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, a television, a large desk (which can also be used as a dining table), a large coffee table.
The 2 bedrooms are each composed of a 140cm double bed (comfortable and very recent bedding) giving garden side of the building, which ensures the calm of the apartment. A closet (with wardrobe and hangers) is located in the 1st bedroom.
The bathroom, independent toilets, has a large shower Italian style.
The apartment is also equipped with two column fans and five baby equipment: high chair, cot (bed linen is not provided), bath with bath recliner, toilet reducer.
Access to a Wifi Internet connection is at your disposal. The respect of the rules of procedure is essential especially concerning the prohibition to make noise after 22h and to smoke. The removal of shoes in the apartment is also requested to ensure the best possible hygiene and respect the neighborhood.
