Ideally located in the historic center of Nantes, at the foot of the Cathedral and a stone's throw from the Castle, this small, recently renovated cocooning accommodation is ideal for exploring the city with its monuments, museums, shops, restaurants, bars. ..
10 mins walk from the station, no need for a car for your stay; no less than 5 bus lines within 1 minute and a tram line within 5 minutes.
Its southern exposure and its location on a beautiful courtyard make this place bright and soothing. Beautiful Virginia creeper in the yard in spring and summer.

Ideal for business trips or vacationers.

This 35 m2 apartment is made up of an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower (hair dryer available), a bedroom area with a double bed and a living room / kitchen with a convertible sofa (2 places) ). Possibility to accommodate 4 people.

Ideal accommodation, well equipped, and an excellent location.

A very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Just five minutes walk from the tram stop and near to the city centre and railway station.

Interesting building. Great location and guiet. Stairs are mot for the faint of heart but part of the historical significance of the building and not a major factor for us.

Everything that you could possibly need!

The place was clean and spacious. It is filled with all the things you could need from pamphlets to shampoo to tea and coffee, extra towels, a full kitchen and so much more.

Notre hote était très sympathique et disponible car il demeure dans le même immeuble. C'est un appartement moderne localisé dans vieil immeuble. Situé au coeur de Nantes tout peut se visiter à pieds ou presque.

Appartement on ne peut mieux situé et très calme. Accueil familial très sympathique et précis concernant les pièges à éviter lors de l'accès (le charme de l'ancien...). Nous avons eu un peu trop chaud pendant la nuit (impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres).

Charme et proximité du centre ville

Beau studio agencé avec goût, dans une petite bâtisse 15e siècle, située dans une impasse, entre la Cathédrale St Pierre et le Château des Ducs de Bretagne. Le nécessaire est mis à disposition (sdb, cuisine), le "coin nuit" forme un espace séparé par un rideau japonais, la pièce à vivre est spacieuse. Excellente literie, propreté impeccable. Au calme, proche du centre, des transports urbains et de la gare (10 mn). Guillaume est un hôte bien sympathique, serviable et disponible. Merci de son accueil.

Un pied à terre fonctionnel idéalement situé

L’entree du bâtiment du 15eme est étonnant. Une fois les escaliers gravis l’appartement est fidèle aux photos. La literie est bonne. Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur car bien que la cuisine soit équipée, il n’y a que 3 chaises et une table plutôt petite pour 4. La sitiuation est elle idéale et tout est prévu par Guillaume pour nous faire découvrir agréablement Nantes. Malgré la situation très central, le calme est un des grand plus de ce logement. Au cœur de toutes les activités urbaines mais en retrait de l'agitation même pendant la période de fête foraine de ce mois d'avril ! Appartement cosy et bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement accueillant et très bien équipé. Il est proche de la gare, du centre-ville et de la cité des congrès où se déroulait le festival des Utopiales. C'était le combo parfait pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, d'autant que l'accueil fut tout à fait chaleureux. Je recommande à 100%.

Appartement très bien situé, au calme dans une maison très ancienne. Très petite salle de bain et surtout deux étages d'escaliers en bois aux marches irrégulières et parfois très usées. A déconseiller à quelqu'un ayant un mauvais équilibre. Excellent accueil et disponibilité du propriétaire

Joli appartement tout près de la cathédrale et du Château

Nous avons passé ( mes deux enfants, 14 et 11 ans, et moi) une très agréable semaine dans un appartement très bien agencé, joliment meublé et très propre. Il est très bien situé, proche du château, de la cathédrale, pas loin du jardin des plantes, du musée des arts, de nombreux restaurants de la place du commerce pour le tramway. Très bon accueil et disponiblité de mr Droin . Je recommande sans réserve cette location qui nous a permis de découvrir et d'apprécier le centre de Nantes.

Situé idéalement et au calme. Les cloches de la cathédrale s arrêtent entre 20 h et 8 h du matin ! Tres bons contacts avec le propriétaire attentif à ce que tout soit parfait.

Great Location

We liked location, being within walking distance of just about everything we wanted to see. There are numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment is more attuned to a suite, but still has plenty of room. It also has a smart TV as we download movies from home and connect via HDMI connection. The stairs are a bit tight with luggage, and are not for those with physical impairments. Although we did not cook, there are plenty of utensils and even an espresso machine. We would definitely recommend staying here. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, Texas.
