The apartment was the right size and location for my needs. It was comfortably furnished and clean. The host was actually an agency and the representative was helpful on arrival. However, not everything in the apartment was as it should have been; one of the blinds was not working (it was not till the middle of my stay that it was fixed) and the appliances were not plugged in.

Il faudrait pouvoir désactiver la cellule de détection de la lumière de l'entrée pour la nuit. L'espace extérieur n'est pas entretenu ni nettoyé, donc inutilisable."

Mosaik Appartement se situant au rez-de-chaussée d’un immeuble daté dans un quartier de Nantes très charmant. Commerces de proximité à 5 mn , tram à 10 mn pour aller dans le centre rapidement ; gratuité le week-end .Logement bien aménagé. Des remarques cependant : odeur d’égouts très présente tout le week-end, pas d’électricité le dimanche à partir de 7 h probablement une coupure générale ,terrasse extérieure sans intérêt, non aménagée avec du stationnement qui surplombe le logement .L’appartement est calme à l’intérieur mais ce dimanche matin du monde à discuter sur le bord de la fenêtre de la chambre dès 4 h jusqu’à 9 h. Un peu déçue du rapport qualité prix .

I’allogio e arredato correttamente. Peccato che si trovi al piano terreno e i passanti ti guardano in casa. In questo periodo di calura era difficile è poco sicuro poter tenere le finestre spalancate. Inoltre abbiamo avuto problemii con i meccanismi di chiusura delle ante.
