Le Petit Bacchus - au cœur de Nantes

Right in the heart of the historic centre of Nantes, Agence Cocoonr offers you the flat Le Petit Bacchus, the ideal place to put down your bags for the time of a stay in Nantes. On the fourth floor (no lift) in an old co-owned building, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 travellers. Whether your stay is for business reasons or a holiday, you'll be delighted to be able to take advantage of a privileged location while enjoying the lively district in the heart of the city.

The flat is arranged as follows:

- A well-equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge-freezer, 2-burner induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a range of kitchen utensils.
- A lounge area with a sofa bed, television and internet access.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and a desk.
- A shower room with shower, heated towel rail and a separate macerator toilet.
There is also a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Neighbourhood:
Staying at Le Petit Bachus puts you in the heart of the historic centre of Nantes, the famous Bouffay district: cobbled streets, restaurants, bars, cafés, shops and tourist attractions - everything you could wish for is close by.
Want to visit the Château des Ducs de Bretagne? It's less than five minutes' walk away! If you want to get to Saint Pierre Cathedral, the Théâtre Graslin, Place Royale or the Lieu Unique, you'll need just ten minutes or so.

Public transport:
Nantes is easily accessible by public transport. From "Commerce" (5 minutes from the flat), you'll have access to 3 tramway lines. Line 1, for example, takes you to the station in 5 minutes.
Prefer to explore the city by bike? The nearest Bicloo (self-service bicycle hire) station is right next to the Château, on rue des Etats, where you can also drop in at the tourist office to pick up some useful tips!
To get to the airport, take the shuttle bus from "Commerce" (it takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic conditions).

Le Petit Bacchus accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.
Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made on your arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we will provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
