**As far as the apartment layout, things are looking pretty good:**

- A refined decoration, personalized by the owners, to render a “like at home” atmosphere rather than “like at the hotel”.

- A spacious living room opening to the balcony, with a convertible sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 3 people.

- An open-floor kitchen, well equipped with all you will need during your stay, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else ?).

- A bedroom with a queen size bed.

- A shower room with toilets.

- A spacious closet in the hallway with plenty of space for all your belongings.

**IMPORTANT: For your neighbors' comfort and your own, please no day or night parties are allowed. Pets are not allowed unless they are very small and with prior authorization. Smokers are kindly invited to take their cigarette breaks OUTDOORS ONLY. Penalties may apply if the apartment policies are not followed.**


**SOME GEOGRAPHY SO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE:**

After just a few short steps down your street, the Rue Macé, you will be able to enjoy the following activities, all within less than a few minutes on foot (or way more if you want to try to walk on your hands):

- Take your pick of delicious pastries, gourmet dishes, or exotic cocktails in some of the best eateries along the Rue Hoche. (2 minutes away.)
We recommend the restaurants Le Cirque or La Cantina, for their exquisite cuisine, the Café Hoche for its amazing cocktails and lively Saturday nights, The pizzeria San Telmo for its genuine Italian specialties and the tea lounge Le Volupté with its extensive tea collection and delicious artisan pastries!

- After all these treats, you can take a stroll along the famous Croisette seafront (2 minutes away as well) and either try some Italian ice cream from the street vendors, play some chess at the public chess tables or simply sit on a bench and enjoy the sea breeze.

- Go take selfies like the movie stars (don't worry, everyone does that) on the steps of the Palais des Congrès, or just go to work if you are here for a trade show. (6 minutes away.)

- Use your imagination while discovering the streets in downtown Cannes, but only walking on the odd-numbered sides of the streets. (Timing is up to you and your legs.)

**!! CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT INFORMATION!!**
Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 11 am (We could not find a way to clone our villas.)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Check-ins after 6 pm will be made via lock box, or in person with a 35 euro additional charge. Check-ins after Midnight will be via lock box only (we reserve that for our Netflix time...)
