Don’t have the reservation

They were fully booked when we arrived and didn’t have our reservation. They put us in another hotel (not similar to theirs) and when we complain about it they changed the hotel to one similar to theirs. So I don’t know exactly how this hotel is… Not exactly the best city to stop when travelling in family.
