No washer or dryer as listed

This rental stated it had a washer & dryer as amenities, but this was false. We asked where they were located, the host gave us directions to the nearest laundromat. She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Check in did not go smoothly as we did not have the gate & keybox codes when we arrived. Communication with the host was sporadic as she could only convo thru vrbo & did not want to text or talk due to the cost. Eventually we finally got the codes to access the rental. They perhaps should have been provided via vrbo convo once final payment went thru. Frig was unplugged & took a very long time to cool properly to store food we had with us. Just prior to leaving US for this rental, host asked if we wanted to use the jacuzzi, & it would cost 20 euros per hour. This cost should be stated up front in the listing for all prospective renters to know. Two musty towels provided for 2 guests. No hand towels to dry washed hands after toilet use. Apartment had a bit of a musty odor throughout.

Décidement chère Madame Grey, vous recevoir n'aura malheureusement pas été une experience heureuse. Oui je mets ma machine à laver à disposition mais ce n'est en rien une obligation. Il y a sinon un lavomatique a 2.3 kms seulement comme indiqué car j'étais. Pardon de travailler Madame! Pour le jaccuzzi tout est parfaitement écrit dans l'annonce, vous n'avez simplement pas su lire. De plus je vous ai rappelé les informations 3 jours avant votre arrivee. Vous ne pouvez pas le nier. Comme pour stationner votre vehicule correctement près de votre logement, il a fallu repeter plusieurs fois que votre vehicule était stationné sur nos emplacements et nous genait beaucoup mais c'était peine perdu il a fallu subir 5 jours. Quelle mauvaise foi. Cest triste à votre grand age. Si vous avez senti une odeur dans le logement c'est peut etre parce que fenêtre et volet sont restés fermés tous les jours. Vous n'aérez jamais votre maison?? Aussi avant darriver de votre continent nous conversions aisément sur la messagerie abritel, et une fois arrivée en France et malgré la connexion wifi, vous n'avez fait que me téléphoner et m'envoyer des sms, me causant effectivement des communications supplémentaires à mon forfait. Mais pourquoi??? J'ai dû bloquer J'ai adressé les codes et toutes les informations utiles sur le canal abritel. Vous citez des serviettes moisies, vous ne saviez plus quoi inventer. Regardez un peu sur airbnb les avis sur mon logement. Je n'espère jamais vous revoir.
