This a new duplex at the third floor of a completely renovated Art nouveau house in center of trendy st gilles in Brussels
3 double beds in 3 separate rooms 1 single bed in one of the rooms
a Bath room and a shower room
1 coach for 2 in the living room

Bedding is new and super comfy

All is brand new and made in ancient style with modern comfort.

Be a ware it is at the third floor and there is no lift just a little exercise

Washing machine and Dryer are downstairs ! in cellar because it would take too much space and it is shared with another apartment which i also rent via AIRBNB
