This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was awesome. Great location , smooth drive to Fayetville with beautiful scenery. We will be repeat customers. Thank you.
Grest place for kids. We enjoyed the stay. Had everything we needed.
Flies and mosquitos were a problem in the evening but expected. We saw deer coming out of.the woods every day... Warning The railroad ties you sit on around the fire pit had tar and creosote pouring out of it...we ruined some clothes before we realized qhat was happening ... other than that we had a grest time. Hot tub was a great hit.
The cabin was nice and kitchen well stocked. We were not into hot tubes but just a place to retreat to relax and catch up with friends. The host was amazing and got back with us within minutes when there were a few problems beyond her control. Electric went out the first evening and she kept us posted on when it would come back on. Then the next night a big storm took out electricity again, a bigger problem. Again she kept us informed and even told us it may be out for a long time so we had to leave and she reimbursed us for the last night. We would go back.
This is a really great location and the host was just the right level of communicative. She gave us all the info we needed, was fast to respond to texts, but otherwise left us alone to enjoy our get-away.
The cabin itself has really nice features. We loved the open-concept kitchen/living room area. Having a second bathroom was a nice luxury. The beds were all very comfortable.
One thing I really took notice to is that usually when we stay at a cabin like this (especially at this cost level), we are accustomed to using what feels like hand-me-down kitchen utensils. This cabin is well-outfitted with nice utensils, sharp knives, nice pans, etc.
We did a bit of hiking in the area so a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day was a FANTASTIC bonus! Be sure to check out nearby Devil's Den and go on the short 2-mile Devils Den trail.
We arrived to a very clean cabin--just a sign that we were going to be taken care of.
If there was any suggestion I'd make, it would be to have a little larger bed in the master bedroom. This isn't a complaint as bed was the size as advertised and comfortable. It's just and improvement I'd consider.
In all our only regret is that we didn't stay longer.
It was wonderful. Quaint cabin with all the necessities! We enjoyed the hot tub it was large and very clean. Not a bad drive back and forth to Fayetteville also for graduation. There was a Harps grocery store about 15 min away so not bad!
We stayed 4 nights. Quiet. Close to the lake. Not too far from Fayetteville and Devil’s Den.
My only knock would be a lack of a laundry room. Plenty of towels provided. But after 4 days we were running low.
Will def recommend to friends.
This cabin was so comfortable for my family and I. We had a great vacation there, the view is amazing as well as the hot tub. Everything was so clean and neat.
We really enjoyed our stay!! Fully stocked kitchen. Much more room than me and my partner needed, but we enjoyed the space and privacy. Good water. Beautiful view of the woods from the hot tub!! Linens were so soft!! Thanks for that.
Hope to do it again soon!!
the view was amazing , very relaxing, clean and oh my gosh we will be back. very hidden and private, other then the next cabin near, its still peaceful. , we were in cabin 1, and the beds were so nice and cozy too.5 stars !!!
My boys and I had an excellent time chilling in the hot tub, playing games and goinh hiking. I enjoyed there was wood available for a possible fire to be made. The entire place was full stocked visibly with all essentials including towels, soaps and kitchen 'extras.' Leanne was extremely communicative all the way up to the stay, during and after and friendly which made for an enjoyable experience !
We were very pleased with the location, amenities, hiking trails nearby, lookout spot, and check in process! The hot tub was hot, air-conditioning was amazing!
We live only 55 minutes away from the property and need to get away for a weekend hear and there. It's great for family, comfortable beds, great hot tub, horse shoes on site, covered porch, and the table was very large for board games. I also see great opportunity to rent the adjacent cabins for extended family or even a larger group like for a church or something. Very friendly people and a massive clean boating lake 2 miles away with incredible mountain viewing.
The property was exactly as advertised. If you’re looking for a place with all the electronics, WiFi, and close to all the nightlife, this isn’t it. If, however, if you’re looking for a quite, secluded getaway with a hot tub so you can enjoy a quite time with friends, it doesn’t get any better than this!
