Perfect cabin for a quick getaway for my family of 4. Clean and comfy. The upstairs shower/bath combo has great water pressure and plenty of room. The downstairs shower is small with not as much water pressure but both are good. Beds are very comfy in my opinion. Very close to Margarita Island, Dollywood and other attractions. The directions are great except you can not see the number from the initial turn. We would stay again if we visit the area in the future.
Great mountain getaway. Only issues we had was the latch not working on the laundry room door, kept falling off but the door stopper helped and it would have been helpful to know we needed to run the bath water for a bit before using. Started the water and a strong sulfur smell came out with some debris that was off putting. Didn’t end up using it. But aside from that it was a cute place to stay for our purposes.
Cabin was nice & cozy.Lisa checked in to see if we needed anything or had any issues. It definitely gives you that home away from home in the mountains.Hot tub was a winner after a long day of driving & walking.I'm already planning another trip.

Glad you enjoyed your visit! The hot tub is a guest favorite. We would love to host you again!
This is a cozy little cabin that's very secluded and peaceful. My husband and I stayed for a week for our wedding anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the attractions then coming back to the cabin and soaking in the hot tub. Lisa was a wonderful host who made sure we were well taken care of. I would advise arriving during the daylight hours your first time here due to the back mountain roads, especially if you're not use to that kind of driving.Overall, the cabin was a nice place to stay.
We enjoyed the area. Easy reach to pigeon forge, Sevierville, Townsend, Cades Cove Smokie mountain national park. Easy reach to Trillium wedding venue.
Beautiful cabin up in the mountains. Our stay was awesome and the cabin offered a respite from the business of Pigeon Forge. The host was very responsive.
Enjoyed our stay. Came for the Jeep Invasion which has become a big event for the 3rd weekend in Aug. Reserve months in advance if you want a place to stay. They go fast.

About the host
Hosted by Lisa Killion
Lisa and Dave combined a longtime interest in the Smoky Mountains and in real estate by investing in Summerhaus in early 2021. Living in neighboring NC means they are close enough to be hands on managers, along with their great local team.
Why they chose this property
Summerhaus is close to the all the attractions, while feeling secluded and private. You will get the flavor of the Smoky Mountains driving some hilly roads to the cabin, but can still make the drive in any vehicle during normal conditions.
