"Ponyhaus" - wooden holiday home in Swedish style right by the sea

The 'Ponyhaus-Hohwacht' is a very nice wooden cottage in the 'Sweden style' with 2 floors in a preferred, quiet location of Hohwacht. Only approx. 250 m to the Baltic Sea and approx. 250 m to the forest. A supermarket is approx. 150 m away. The house has a spacious living / dining area with fireplace and open kitchen, bar, hot-air stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, juicer, blender, etc. Furthermore, the living area with a 40 inch LED TV with satellite reception, pay TV, high quality stereo system incl. Blu-Ray player and AirPlay. Free wifi. A large bathroom with toilet, bathtub with whirlpool, a separate guest toilet, two bedrooms each with a French double bed (width 1.60m and 1.40m), one of them with 32 inch LED TV with satellite reception and Blu-Ray player, Balcony, terrace and garden with garden furniture and grill complete the beautiful furnishings. A parking space incl. Carport is available on the property. Rental all year round. Bed linen and towels included.



Pets are allowed by arrangement with us. Smoking is only allowed outside the house.

Ponyhaus Hohwacht

Unsere 3 Wochen in diesem sehr freundlichen und gemütlichen Haus waren sehr erholsam. Nur die Einfahrt zum Carport ist sehr eng und müsste erweitert werden. Und leider hatte das Haus keine Duschkabine was wir sehr vermissten. Die Übergabe vom Eigentümer Herr Lehmann war sehr nett. Wir würden sofort das Haus wieder anmieten ,wenn diese zwei Sachen abgeändert würden. Ansonsten ist dieses Haus absolut empfehlenswert.

Ponnyhaus

Das Ponnyhaus liegt in einer super Lage, in der Nähe vom Genueser Schiff und einem EDEKA Markt. Es ist ideal mit Hund, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Die Lage ist ruhig und optisch sehr ansprechend. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut.

Schönes Haus am wunderschönen Ort

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen. Der Vermieter ust sehr nett und bei unserer Ankunft schon auf uns gewartet. Das Haus war sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schwedencharme in Schleswig-Holstein

Das Ponyhaus ist sehr gemütlich und super ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist toll: Edeka mit Bäcker in 200 m, Strandrestaurant Seaside in 250 m und der saubere, gepflegte Strand in 300m Entfernung. Herr Lehmann hat uns sehr nett begrüßt und alles Wichtige erklärt, danach lief alles problemlos. Im Garten blühten die herrlichsten Rosen und wir konnten den Schwalben, die unter Decke des Carports nisteten, beim Großziehen ihrer Küken zuschauen. Sehr idyllisch! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und können das Ponyhaus nur weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schönes Haus in optimale Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und heimelig. Die Lage ist super. Edeka direkt um die Ecke, Strand in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Drei Punkte waren für uns nicht optimal: 1.) Es gibt in den Schlafzimmern keine Verdunkelung 2.) Die Betten finde ich persönlich zu schmal - im kleinen Zimmer 140 cm, im großen 160 cm Breite 3.) Die Zimmertüren im Obergeschoss schließen nicht richtig. Aber insgesamt trotzdem eine positive Urlaubserfahrung.

Super Unterkunft in einem schönen Holzhaus!

Wie hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Haus, es ist sehr gemütlich und die Nutzung der Badewanne mit dem Whirlpool war einen schöne Erfahrung. Wir waren bzgl. der Rezessionen etwas skeptisch, jedoch konnten wir keine schlechten Gerüche oder ähnliches feststellen. Es war einfach nur entspannend. Die Einweisung in das Haus war 1a und wir fühlten uns sofort in den ersten Minuten Willkommen. Das Haus hat wirklich durch die Bauweise einen eigenen Charme und ist wirklich sehr wohnlich. Vielen Dank nochmal, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, die Lage ist super. Die Einfahrt zum Carport ist etwas schwierig und die Türen im 1. Stock sind etwas verzogen, es ist halt ein Holzhaus. Wir waren total zufrieden mit allem.

Perfekt trifft es am besten.

Wir haben zu zweit mit unserem Hund zwei super Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist für alles was man unternehmen möchte genial. Man ist in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und trotzdem gleich beim Bäcker oder holt sich lecker Fischbrötchen. Mit dem Hund ist man sofort am Strand oder gleich im Wald. Der Standort von Hohwacht macht es aber auch möglich Ausflüge nach Kiel , Fehmarn oder Lübeck zu machen. Wir hatten dann auch noch das Glück zwei Wochen nur Sonnenschein zu haben. Besser geht nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Abreise nach 5 Stunden wegen Gestank im ganzen Haus

Leider sind meine Frau und ich nach 5 Stunden Aufenthalt wieder abgereist. Wir hatten uns auf einige gemütliche Tage nach Neujahr gefreut. Da wir selbst keine Badewanne besitzen, haben wir extra nach einem Objekt mit Badewanne gesucht. In der Beschreibung wurden die Badewanne/der Whirlpool und der Kamin besonders angepriesen. Als wir ankamen waren wir etwas enttäuscht, dass (anders als besprochen!) kein Feuerholz zur Verfügung stand und das Haus komplett ausgekühlt war. Nach einigen Stunden wurde es dank Heizung wärmer. Jedoch roch es plötzlich nach faulen Eiern. Zunächst hatten wir unsere Hündin in Verdacht. Leider war es nicht unsere Hündin mit Magenproblemen, sondern die korrodierten Whirlpooldüsen, die Schwefelgeruch absonderten. Wir lüfteten das gesamte Haus, spülten die Düsen und gaben uns alle Mühe das ganze nicht so eng zu sehen. Nach 2 Stunden war dann der Geruch noch immer da, doch das Haus Anfang Januar wieder völlig ausgekühlt. Wir entschieden uns um 22:00 wieder nach Hause zu fahren und nicht in dem Gestank zu übernachten. Als wir den Vermieter kontaktierten, stritt er den Geruch und die Korrosion an den Düsen ab. Er wollte noch nicht mal einen Teil der Kosten erstatten. Das Ende vom Lied ist, dass wir für 5 Stunden in einem Ferienhaus sehr viel Geld bezahlt haben. Hier machen wir ganz sicher nie wieder Urlaub!

Super gemütliches Haus in Toplage

Super schönes und innen sehr gemütliches Haus in Toplage. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Keine 5min zu Fuß und man ist am Strand. Edeka + Bäcker sind quasi schräg gegenüber. Sehr netter und herzlicher Vermieter . Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, in sehr ruhiger Lage und dennoch nur wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und mit vielen Details gestaltet. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.

Alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter.

Sehr angenehmes Objekt, komplett eingerichtet mit Extras, wie Sky etc. Als sehr positive wurde empfunden, daß Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt wurden. Sehr offene und herzliche Betreuung vom Vermieter. Danke noch mal.
