This 4 stars luxury villa is a passion project of the local owner. A long-time dream to build a property that will have everything you need on your perfect vacation in Zadar.

This 3 bedroom property with ensuite bathrooms, is big enough for up to 6 persons. It offers 220 m2 of pure luxury and relaxation. You can enjoy a completely equipped kitchen, big dining room area, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a toilet, fitness area, a sauna with a shower, outdoor lounge area, outdoor pool with the sun deck, grill zone with the outdoor dining area, and a garden with many spices and vegetables you can use for making specialties. For sport lovers there is also a brand new tennis court which can be performed as football and basketball area!

Perfect House

We loved spending a week at this gorgeous house. The bedrooms are lovely and the open kitchen/living area was bright and spacious enough for the 6 of us. It opens up onto a great backyard/pool area with a deck for sitting and a table for dinners outside. The tennis court was great to have though hot in the summer. There was even a little vegetable garden where we harvested some tomatoes and onions. It's about 25 minutes from Zadar town center which worked fine for daily excursions. When we had a problem, the owner was at the house next door and came over to help. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful villa with great facilities, 10minute drive into the old town

We came to Zadar and stayed as a group of 5 friends for our annual week in the sun. The villa is exactly as described, with three generous double rooms, each with en-suite. Downstairs there is a very well equipped kitchen, dining room and living space, in addition to a small gym and sauna (not that it was needed in June)! The outside area gets the sun all day, and whilst the pool was not huge, it was very clean and had the ability to change temperature, lighting, air jets etc. There was also a dining area for upto 8 people alongside the massive log/charcoal bbq that we used many times. Again, can't fault anything there. The highlight for us was definitely the artificial turf tennis court. This is a full size tennis court that could be used for that very purpose, or, there were facilities for badminton, football etc. Even in the heat of the day we made full use of this and absolutely loved it. The villa is in a very quiet location, about 10 minutes drive north of the city. There are plenty of taxi drivers and UBER which made getting into town for dinner and drinks very easy. This didnt cost more than 12euros. Overall, we thought the villa and all its facilities were absolutely brilliant. It was further away from the city than we first thought, however that's a small price to pay for the privacy and complete lack of background noise that we always look for. We will definitely visit again, thanks for having us!

Wunderschönes Haus in der Nähe von Zadar

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa Petra bietet alles, was man sich nur wünscht. Geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung, einen schönen Pool, Sauna, Fitnessgeräte, Tennisplatz. Einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und 15 Minuten von Zadar entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
