Discover this magnificent T3 with stunning views of Lake Annecy. 
Visit the city centre, the Bonlieu theatre, Le Paquier and the lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed (Queen Size) and the second has a 140x190 bed (Double).
You can enjoy the balcony and its breathtaking view of the entire city after a beautiful day on the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, separate toilet.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is on the 9th floor with elevator.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).
🅿️ Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening) or at the Bonlieu car parks (you go to the reception to get a "short stay").

In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
