West Town is a lively and diverse neighborhood in Chicago, located northwest of the Loop. It is a blend of residential and commercial areas with numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and art galleries. The area is known for its diverse architecture, featuring beautiful Victorian-era homes, converted warehouses, and modern condominiums. West Town is home to several popular festivals, including the West Fest street festival and the Ukrainian Village Fest. It also houses several parks, including Smith Park and Humboldt Park, which is known for its large lagoon and beautiful gardens.

Getting Around:
From O'Hare Airport:

Take the Blue Line train towards Forest Park and get off at the Division station.
Transfer to the #70 Division bus heading eastbound.
Get off at the Ashland & Erie stop.
Walk 2 blocks west on Erie St to reach West Erie St.

From Midway International Airport:

Take the Orange Line train towards Loop and get off at the Clark/Lake station.
Transfer to the #56 Milwaukee bus heading northwest.
Get off at the Ashland & Grand stop.
Walk 2 blocks south and 1 block west on Erie St to reach West Erie St.

Take the #66 Chicago bus heading westbound.
Get off at the Ashland & Chicago stop.
Transfer to the #9 Ashland bus heading northbound.

- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
