Getting Around:
From O'Hare Airport:
Taxi: Exit O'Hare Airport and head towards the designated taxi stands. Request a taxi to the address. The journey will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic conditions.

Public Transportation: Take the Blue Line train from O'Hare Airport towards the city (Forest Park). Transfer at the Jackson station to the Red Line (95th/Dan Ryan) heading southbound. Get off at Garfield station and transfer to the #55 Garfield bus heading east. Ride the bus until you reach the Hyde Park Blvd & Blackstone stop. Walk south on Blackstone Ave for about a block to reach the apartment.

From Downtown:
Taxi: Hail a taxi from downtown Chicago to the apartment. The journey duration will vary based on traffic but generally takes around 20-40 minutes.

Public Transportation: Take the Red Line train (95th/Dan Ryan) heading southbound from a downtown station. Get off at Garfield station and transfer to the #55 Garfield bus heading east. Ride the bus until you reach the Hyde Park Blvd & Blackstone stop. Walk south on Blackstone Ave for about a block to reach the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.
- Guests staying longer than 28 nights will be required to sign a rental agreement.
- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.

- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
