Just overnight

Was a great trip. We didn’t know the hotel was also a museum, and the art was really great, so it was a nice surprise to get to enjoy that. Great food and entertainment nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place To Stay in Chicago

The location was really convenient to everything in downtown Chicago.The check-in process was smooth, the room was nice, and the bathroom had a magnifying mirror!The staff at the desk and housekeeping were very friendly. We ate in the adjoining restaurant for dinner and for breakfast and we were very happy with that as well (although they are not associated).We were very happy with our decision to stay there and it made our first trip to Chicago very enjoyable.

Girls Trip

Booked this place for a girl’s weekend. Thought, based on pictures, that we’d be able to have a couch for sleeping purposes. That was not the case, pictures provided on the site were not the same as our room. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice, but the hallways were very dark. Hotel was located on a very noisy street. Also on had 2 elevators, which were very small (4-5 people at very max) meaning we ended up taking the stairs on quite a few occasions based on long wait for elevators.

Check in was a breeze. The hotel was nice. Great for the price imo. I was a little frustrated to receive a regular hotel room (one room, king bed behind the couch/TV). What is shown is a two room corner suite. I reviewed the listing and don’t see it stated that it may vary. Photos here should be changed to reflect what you actually get.

Anniversary trip

We had the best time. The hotel staff were super friendly and even let us check in early with no extra fee. The room is setup nicely and very clean. Plus the location was great, being just one block from Michigan Ave. and within walking distance of many attractions. We would definitely stay here again.
