Celebrated 3 birthdays in Nashville. The house was nicely located not far from all the things we wanted to do without having to stay in heart of Nashville. Plenty of nice places to dine in the evening. Beds were very comfy, place was clean, and plenty of room. Would stay again.
We had a group of moms and girls staying for a dance competition. The location is great, short drive to MTSU! The house is cute, and it was great having the 4 king beds! Check in and out was easy. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms would be a significant upgrade. One room is off of the front porch and did not have curtains at all over the blinds. There was also a door to the front porch in the room and the blinds were in rough shape. Lots of light coming in.
My husband’s four brothers and their wives all came into town to celebrate their mother’s 85th birthday. We couldn’t all stay at her house so three couples stayed at this location. The home is around 100 years old but is respectfully renovated. It has all the modern conveniences but a vintage charm. It was decorated very nicely and our bed was very comfortable.
This updated and beautifully decorated house had so much character and plenty of room for our party! The location was great and the owner was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this house!
The property is an older home that has been beautifully renovated. We loved that it was so close to downtown Murfreesboro. We could literally walk there. It was actually close to everything and within 30 minutes of Nashville. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. Overall we had a great trip and loved the property.
This house had great space to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. The location was very close to campus, as well as local shops and restaurants. We walked to the town square.
This house was very clean and comfortable. There was so much space to gather , and the bedrooms were very large .
The outdoor spaces were very nice, but the weather limited our use of rhem.
We would definitely stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The upstairs is really not good for kids. Old house but met our needs

Comfortable and Cozy!
Really liked this property for 3 families to share. Very spacious and the beds were very comfortable! We spent mostly evenings at the house as we were in town for a wedding, but it was a restful place. Neighborhood is really busy, but near food, great donuts, and parks for the kids to get out some energy. We didn’t get to use the game room out back, but we did peek in and it looks like a fun place to hang out. The decor is beautiful, but we needed to put a lot of it away traveling with little kids to keep it out of reach.
We had a fabulous visit in Murpheesboro, TN. This location was convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants and was a quick drive to Franklin, Nashville, Lebanon, and Mount Juliet.
The four king beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places to relax and hang out. The firepit looked inviting and there was plenty of firewood readily available. The kitchen was well stocked and the laundry facilities were useful. The owners were very accommodating in allowing our pet to travel with us.
The only downside was we needed some streaming services to watch TV - normally this would not be an issue for us on vacation except we wanted to watch the College Bowl Games on New Year’s Day. We did let the owners know and I am confident they will fix this issue for future guests.
Overall we had the best time and I am grateful we were able to stay here.
A great spot for an extended stay for MTSU graduation.
We booked this property to serve as a central spot for graduation related activities at MTSU. The house is great and well-appointed. The adjacent game room is unique. The concrete patio between them was perfect for an outdoor open house to let our son's friends drop by throughout the afternoon to finally put faces with names we've heard so much about. An impromptu chess tournament even took place.
The bedrooms are great, the beds and furnishings are very comfortable and the decor was quirky and fun.
We spent about 2.5 hours on Saturday morning picking up trash in the yard, sweeping yard debris away and cleaning up the garage game room. The onsite grill was great but needed a bit of TLC before use. It appeared that all these areas had not received their spring cleaning before our arrival.
The house itself was very clean and quite spacious. The kitchen could be a little better appointed and quite a few light bulbs were burned out. All in all, a great spot to relax in The Boro.
A very nice beautiful older home but no old house problems. The A/C was fantastic. Very homey and comfortable. A semi busy street but not a problem. Plenty of parking and bedrooms all nice.
There were six of us and this house accommodated us very nicely. There was plenty of room to sit around playing games and just talking at the round table which I called the dining room. There was also another room smaller between the dining room and kitchen that could also seat four comfortably and/or six if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and lacked for nothing. The living room had two large couches and a large tv and all the bedrooms were large and the king size beds were comfortable and each had a tv. Two of us had tv’s that did not work but a call to the owners and the next day two new tv’s were brought in and installed. One thing that would be helpful is to have a power strip in each room; being an older home there were not enough plug ins to handle all the electrical devices we have. All in all we had a great time!

Family Reunion
Overall the stay was good. There were some items that were concerning.
Icemaker didn't make ice. It worked other than that so we loaded ice in the bucket and used it that way as there were approximately 20 people in the house on the Saturday when we were there.
Propane tank was empty
1st bedroom on the left upstairs did not have a remote for the tv
Rec Area in the back was not used due to bumper missing, no balls and cue stick was missing part of the tip on the bumper pool table. The fuseball table was not in great shape and there was no fan or air in the space.
We could not figure out how the property was to sleep 10. Fortunately my brother and his wife could not make it therefore everything worked out.
2 bulbs are burned out on the lite above the dining room table
The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable and very roomy.I
All in all it worked out well, just wanted to let you know about the issues we ran into.
Was staying for a family wedding. Everything was great! Easy directions, close to Nashville. Don’t have anything bad to said about this house. Would highly recommend!!!!
We were very pleased with the house upon check in. The house was very well represented in the pictures on the website. We had some issues that made the rating 4 starts instead of 5. The outdoor cushions and chairs could use a cleaning. The house across the street was an eyesore. The electrical is worrisome. When using a hairdryer downstairs, lights both downstairs and upstairs would flicker. The most pressing problem was the tub upstairs wouldn't hold water. The tub was one of the main reasons that I booked the house. I can not physically shower and require a tub. Needless to say, I had to get creative. We will be taking this trip yearly. I would book this house again, if these issues are addressed.
My extended family stayed the weekend for my nephews college graduation. This house was everything that was advertised. The attention to detail was fantastic. 4 bedrooms with very comfortable king sized beds. We even had space for 3 queen sized air mattresses. I have stayed in many homes but this one had everything we needed. Soap in the bathrooms and showers, plenty of towels and cooking utensils, hair dryers in the bathrooms and hangers in the closets! A keurig and an regular coffee pot. So many places to relax.
It was even so beautiful that we took my sons senior pictures inside! The only remote downside we had was the great game room did not have heat, but we were there in December.
Everything was perfect. The best part was all the bedrooms are king size beds.
