One of the most unique homes in Brigantine with breathtaking views of the ocean, Atlantic City skyline and Brigantine Bay and Inlet. Open floor plan with elevator and large floor to ceiling windows. This stunning contemporary home is located in the desirable Seapoint area. Uniquely designed by Italian architect Leopoldo Rosati, it will provide an unbelievable experience, never to be forgotten. The home is three levels plus a rooftop deck which provides stunning 360 degree views. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets, views of the ocean and inlet, the AC skyline and all of Brigantine. The home sits on a large corner lot with adjacent beach access to the very popular Cove Beach. To the other side, you are just a few steps away from the entrance to the inlet beach. You can also stay at home and enjoy the inground heated pool and spa with outdoor shower and private patio.
Amenities include a Geothermal 4-zone heating and cooling system, elevator, radiant floor heating, Wolf Sub-Zero and Asko appliances, laundry room with washer and dryer, and speaker system throughout the house and outdoor areas. Beach tags included.
The home offers four spacious bedrooms with private baths. First floor also has a fifth bedroom which can be used for children or singles (2 single beds). There is also a half bathroom located on the second floor.
The gourmet kitchen which is located on the second floor, contains high end appliances, a large wine refrigerator and Renato Wood-Burning oven for brick oven pizza and bread making. The kitchen also has a separate chef/prep area. Breakfast area overlooks Absecon Inlet.
The second floor has an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows and electronic shades. A spacious dining room, living area with double sided fireplace leads into a comfortable media/movie room with surround sound.
The luxury master suite is located on the third floor and contains a private full bath with a large jetted tub, bidet, shower, double walk in closets, and black out shades. In addition to this bedroom, the third floor also has two additional spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and walk-in closet. Plenty of parking with double garage and driveway.

Accurate description of house. Great living space for all of us to enjoy. A few hiccups dealt with by owner. I would have liked to know about them before coming, but did not impact our wonderful vacation. Thank you!

Great Vacation Home

We loved our stay at 2 Ocean Drive West. Vince, the owner, and Charlie, the property manager, checked in several times during the week and promptly answered any questions we had and provided recommendations on restaurants, linen services and more. The house is beautifully decorated and the HVAC system with separate zones for each floor and the master bedroom kept everyone comfortable. The kitchen has high-end appliances and includes two sinks, three ovens, a large refrigerator, a wine refrigerator and an additional drawer refrigerator and freezer. Dishes, silverware, glassware, pots and pans of all sizes, bowls, colanders, coffee maker, electric kettle and smaller kitchen items were plentiful as were pantries and closet space throughout the house. The large windows with electronic shades in every room provided beautiful views of the inlet, Atlantic City and surrounding neighborhood. Each bedroom has a large screen TV and plenty of closet space including a hamper. As an added bonus, the house includes a new ping pong table (and paddles and balls) along with a room off the master bedroom furnished as a yoga studio, complete with mat and yoga book. There is also an annex off of the living room with its own sofa and TV that adds a bit of seclusion if part of the group wants some entertainment space away from the main living room. The large dining room table comfortably seats 10. There is a smaller table and chairs in the kitchen. Our family loved the pool and hot tub which were well-maintained. Floats, noodles and pool rings meant we didn’t need to bring these from home. The new large outdoor Weber grill was great for our family barbecues. Grill tools were included. Poolside seating was plentiful and the large umbrella provided some shade. The garage meant there was a third parking space (driveway has space for two cars) and housed six adult bicycles along with many beach chairs, a beach mat, a beach wagon and some beach toys. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, five minutes from “downtown” Brigantine, where one can shop at the Acme, CVS, hardware stores, etc. and enjoy restaurants and ice cream shops. Our family of 10 had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit.

Lovely Home

This home was perfect for our family vacation - each of us had our own space and enjoyed coming together by the pool. The location is right by the entrance to the drive-on beach and we were also able to walk to other beaches as well. It came with bikes that we enjoyed, as well as the ping-pong table. We had some issues with the washer/dryer and temperature control which the property manager tried to fix but overall had a lovely stay. It was our first time in Brigantine and we are looking forward to getting back to the island!
