Our 3 story town home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Key features include a spacious open layout, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in all 2nd floor bedrooms, elevator, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill and free WiFi that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation.

The first floor has two bedrooms. One has two twin beds and shares a full bathroom with the other which has a trundle bed (twin and a pullout twin underneath). A washer and dryer is located in a utility room just as you enter the house. Access to the back deck and a fully enclosed yard and outdoor shower is available through one of the bedrooms.

The second floor contains three bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. The two back bedrooms contains a flatscreenTV along with a queen bed and beautiful walk in tiled showers. The front master bedroom contains a king bed along with an additional twin bed and opens up to a large patio deck with ocean views.

The third floor is the main living area with an awesome ocean view from the deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops, an island bar with stools to seat 3, a kitchen table with chairs to seat 6 along with a wet bar with a wine refrigerator. Look out the kitchen window and see views of the Atlantic City casinos. The great room is fill with multiple couches and a 55" plasma TV with a DVD for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto the front deck and enjoy a meal with family and friends while looking at ocean views!

In the event of any issue that arises during your stay in which the City of Brigantine is involved e.g. noise complaint, fire/rescue etc. you will be requied to submit the names and contact information of all guests staying at the property.
