BEAUTIFUL SHORE HOUSE ONE BLOCK TO THE BEACH! A perfect vacation spot for your family. Loaded with most everything you would need for a great vacation. Multiple decks, beautiful sunsets. Great reviews and repeat vacationers. Come stay with us and make lasting family memories!

Description and quote is for one side only a three story side by side townhome. Please check out the other unit #312806 for rates and available if you wish to rent both sides. The quote the system offers is the lowest quote we offer. Holiday rates may be higher.

Our 3 story town home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 8 in beds. Please see the bedroom descriptions for the type of beds. Key features include an open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, TVs in every bedroom, linens, bath towels, beach tags, gas grill, and free wireless internet that provides everything you will need for a quiet and enjoyable family vacation.

The first floor bedroom contains a king bed. A full bathroom with a combination shower/tub is adjacent to the bedroom. A washer and dryer in located in a utility room just as you enter the house.

The second floor is the main living area with good sunset views from the front deck. It is equipped with a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with gorgeous cabinets, granite counter tops and a kitchen table that seats 6. The kitchen countertop island seats an additional 3. The family room contains a sleeper sofa if needed, another couch and a recliner chair. A 50' TV is mounted to the wall and has Direct TV.

The third floor contains 2 bedroom/bathroom suites for privacy and comfort. Each bedroom contains a 40" TV. The rear bedroom contains a queen bed and an adjacent full bath with tiled shower. The front master bedroom contains a queen bed and two twin beds.

Just minutes from Atlantic City and the Borgata, this town home is perfect for family summer vacations, family reunions, long relaxing winter and spring getaway weekends, golf outings, and quiet getaways. Drive and park your 4X4 vehicle on to the north and south end beaches with a $200 ($85 senior citizens, car must be registered to the senior) permits are available at the Beach Tag office 265 42nd Street..

Just one block from the beach in a perfect family vacation area. The Pirates Den is two blocks away and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to Brigantine residents and vacationers for over 20 years.

Located in one of the finest oceanfront communities at the Jersey shore, Brigantine Beach is the 'best kept secret' at the Jersey shore, a beautiful, pristine hide-away for those who seek peaceful, family-friend beach community.

Your will appreciate Brigantine's seaside beauty and the nearby Atlantic City excitement. A challenging 18 hole Scottish links golf course is a few blocks away. Boating, surfing, fishing and pristine beaches are a few of the many enjoyments that await you here.

The house was perfectly clean upon arrival and has everything you need during your stay. The host is excellent, easy to get in touch with and very accommodating in every way! Family Fun

We had a fun, family vacation in this great location! It is just about a block to the beach and the bay, so it was very convenient to walk back and forth. The house provided 5 beds in 3 spacious bedrooms- plenty of space for our two families. We enjoyed socializing and playing games in the spacious, open living room/dining room/kitchen spaces. We appreciated that the linens, towels, beach badges, chairs, and umbrellas were provided for us. We would absolutely rent here again and would consider renting both sides for additional families.
