One of nicer listings in Brigantine. 3 story custom built home in a great location in the heart of Brigantine. 4 nicely sized bedrooms each with its own bath and shower. First floor has bedroom, den, rear deck, washer/dryer as well as foyer. Open the door and leave your keys in this beautifully furnished town home. Second floor consists of 3 bedrooms including a large Master with its own walk out deck. The third floor is amazing with lots of windows, open floor plan, vaulted ceiling, gourmet kitchen and front and rear decks for great views 2 blocks to the pristine Brigantine beach and 1.5 blocks to the Bay's public access point (bring your water equipment). Short walk to Center of Town.
Plenty of parking in front of house, garage, outside shower, and yard included. Close to everything (10 min to Atlantic City) and in a quiet residential area. You won't be disappointed, don't miss out!

Amazing Stay

We had such a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and looks exactly as advertised. The owner was very responsive and accommodating! We are hoping to stay again next summer and highly recommend this property!

We just recently stayed the week at Mark’s beach home and it was perfect for our family! The location is perfect to town and a short walk to the beach. It has beautiful views from the top decks. Beach chairs, equipment and bikes which is always a bonus!! The less you have to pack and travel with. Every bedroom has its own bathroom which is another bonus. The first floor is like it’s own living space with a bedroom, bathroom and living area. It was really perfect The 3rd floor is a huge spacious area with the kitchen and living room. Lots of natural sunlight and beautiful views and We would definitely love to rent again and I would recommend to family and friends! Thanks again Mark!

Overall impression was good except gas grill was not working. The landlord was aware of this but did not let us know. Our group brought all kinds of food for grilling multiple meals. We had to go out and buy a grill and related supplies.

Terrific stay

House was immaculate, well equipped and not far from a wide beach. Spacious with each bedroom having private bathroom. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas available. Wonderful living room, kitchen, dining area with comfortable furniture. Highly recommend this house for a family beach vacation!

Great house for our family

We booked this house for Father’s Day weekend. It was lovely house that was perfect for our family. The location was great, short walk to the beach, and only 20 min from AC. The best feature was the outdoor shower.

Brigantine Island Rental

Had a terrific stay at this beautiful property on Brigantine Island. The house is conveniently located in walking distance to the beach, the house is new and very spacious and beautifully decorated, and the owner was extremely responsive to every question and request. Highly recommended!!

The house was amazing, clean and well maintained. The location was a perfect distance to the beach and a very safe neighborhood. Mark was a great host and very helpful. This exceeded our expectations. We would love to come back for another visit!

Memorial Day Weekend Trip with Family

Great property close to the beach! Quiet neighborhood, property looked exactly like the pictures online. Plenty of space for my family. Each bedroom had their own bathrooms which was wonderful. Owner communcated with us very well and quickly. Owner was able to let us check in earlier than expected which we really appreciated. Overall great stay. Would definitely book again!

Nice house/duplex with good access to beach

Home and pictures were as advertised. Prop requires renters to bring own linens and towels which was not evident at time of renting and came when supplied very specific house rules after cancellation window. We were traveling by plane so were able to work out issue with owner to our satisfaction. One bed in lower level was still broken and needed to be repaired but did not impact our stay.

ants on kitchen counter; filtered water on refrigerator door not working; cookie pans rusted; inferior kitchen utensils; told to bring personal sheets for beds and personal towels and toiletries; advertised as "sleeps 9" but owner wanted to charge extra for more than seven people. Too many rules from owner when we are "on vacation."

Broken Bed - Owner was horrible

I rented the house from Oct 23 to Oct 26, 2020 I realized that the bed frame was broken around midnight, my first night in the house. I tried to sleep on it but it was impossible because the mattress couldn't lie flat. In the morning I contacted the owner to let them know, he said it was already resolved, which was clearly not true because I was looking at a broken bed frame. He kept going back and forth with me about how he had someone fix it and when I told him and sent photos, he told ME to get 2x4's from the garage and fix it myself. I didn't come on vacation for a DIY project. I wanted to relax. He refused to come fix the bed himself, & said he would try to send a repair person but nobody came, I understand he may not be able to immediately fix this for me , but the only compensation he was offering me was to either a late check out or to leave immediately for a partial refund, but the rest of my party would also have to leave as well. I ended up sleeping with the mattress on the floor for the rest of the vacation. This guy is piece of work, he admitted he knew the bed was broken in July and now he is accusing me of breaking the bed frame. I have all this on text messages and I have photos if you need some proof. I would not recommend renting from this owner, he was useless, unwilling and unable to help me with this broken bed problem. Also his listing for the property is not accurate - There are no queen size beds, only full size beds.

Pretty House, Disappointing Experience

Multiple minor issues combined made this not so lovely a stay. Beware because the owner sends a long rule list a few days before check-in that are not listed on VRBO. It is understandable that any homeowner would want their home to be respected by renters; however. this owner repeats 3 times about how no sand must not enter the house (shocking, since it's a beach home), and goes on to give explicit instructions about washing feet off, using outside shower, taking shoes off when entering the house, etc. Instead of feeling excited for our stay, I actually started getting extremely anxious! With all of the rules, and given the cost, I expected the house to be in perfect condition. And at first glance, it seemed to be. However, upon arrival we found multiple stains on the upholstered chairs, marks on the wall, a few carpet stains. My daughter did find some unknown liquid drips on the bathroom wall. Also, the downstairs bedroom was previously broken and had cosmetic repairs, but was so uncomfortable to sleep that my adult son had to use the pull out sofa, which was also uncomfortable. Interesting enough, in the VRBO reviews, a complaint from a few years ago also details the broken bed, so this has been addressed before without any fixes. The start button on the dryer was also missing; it was impossible to start because one had to insert one's finger deep into the cavity. Easily replaceable part. but when I mentioned all of these issues, the owner dismissively said "we will never have perfection, unfortunately" (interesting, since he expects perfection from tenants). We also had an ant problem every single day in the kitchen. There was an ant "disk" in the kitchen, which we had not been informed of & had to continuously kill ants & check our food - not how anyone wants to spend a "beautiful beach house" vacation. The description of this house was cosmetic at best - you can find just as lovely as a property without the stress, hassle, or broken bedframes.

Nice stay!

Great place and location! Place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. Only problem was its a lot of steps…but, small price for a great property.

Beautiful beach home

This was our second year staying in this beautiful beach home. Let me start by saying the house is immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is very well-appointed and has all you need to make breakfasts, and dinners if you choose to do so. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom for everyone's privacy. You're free to use the garage which is nice to unload all your stuff after returning from the beach. There's also a nice outside shower. The owner is extremely easy to work with and answers all questions in a timely manner. I hope to be back again next summer.
