It was exactly as described, clean and neat. The host was quick to respond and be accommodating. We encountered no problems during our visit and would definitely recommend it as long as a flight of steps is doable for you.

This loft is an adorable spot to stay in Monument, CO! The loft was so cute inside, with little details throughout that made it such a fun stay. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning made for a good night’s rest. Make sure to bring your sleep mask if you want to sleep in because the loft has beautiful sky lights throughout. Would definitely stay here again if I make it back to Monument.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here! The owners were very friendly, accommodating, and quite helpful with my stay. Even having a nice website to help ease the struggles of finding amazing activities, restaurants, and adventures in the area. The price was very affordable and more reasonable than other options in the area. While I didn’t use the kitchen or coffee maker during my stay, it was well stocked for any cooking needs one might have. Above all else, I was genuinely impressed the second I first stepped in and saw just how nice this loft was. The pictures do not do justice for how beautiful and welcoming the space was. 10/10 No notes. Would recommend in a heartbeat to book your stay here!

We were a little taken aback at finding the property and the steps to the living area. But all advertized items were available and clean. Location provided easy access to where we were visiting. Needs to say "bring your TV access codes", but the TV was code ready.

This is a cute loft property, thus stairs. Owner has put two window standing AC units in. They worked just fine. Check in and out was super simple.

Mountain Retreat

Perfect lodging in a quaint Colorado town. The entire neighborhood was exactly what I expected from many trips to Colorado. My daughter booked the Hearth House venue for her wedding that was within walking distance to this rental. Bruce answered my call on the second ring at 1am after arriving late from hours of delayed flights in route. That means a lot to me that he answered and politely reminded me of the combination to access the property. It was a great stay and the only complaint I have is that it was too short. Thanks Bruce!

More room that we expected!

I expected more of a studio, but there was plenty of room in this loft. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and it was perfect for our weekend stay during a family reunion.

Great place to stay!

We needed a place to stay for 3 weeks. This was a beautiful, cozy loft in a fun Monument location. Walkable to most everything! It’s bigger than it looks from pictures, with great decor. Bruce was an awesome host!
