In an idyllic setting, this studio with a real sea view in the Residence of Anse des Rochers will welcome you in a cocooning atmosphere, you will find all the comfort to spend an unforgettable stay.

It is located in a 7ha park, between the huge 1000m² infinity pool (the largest in Guadeloupe) and the fine sandy beach. The site also has a tennis court.
Guests can enjoy a restaurant on the beach, for a meal, breakfast or a cocktail facing the sea.

The air-conditioned studio is located on the 2nd and last floor, its beach access is direct at the bottom of the apartment, it is designed to accommodate 2 travellers.
The terrace of the apartment with its open fitted and equipped kitchen ensures you tranquility and a breathtaking view.

The accommodation includes:
- An entrance with storage;
- A bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine, dryer and hairdryer;
- An air-conditioned bedroom, TV, Wifi;
- A kitchen area equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster and oven/microwave...

Cook, eat and drink your cocktail facing the sea... and at sunset.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels) as well as beach towels.
An ironing board and an iron are available.

You will also find two sun loungers and 2 beach chairs at your disposal.

The residence is secure, free parking is on site.

Exceptionnel !

Meilleur emplacement de la résidence (au bout du domaine privé de l’Anse des Rochers) au pied de la plage, alliant calme, vue magnifique, restaurant juste en dessous proposant des plats sur place ou à emporter ainsi que pain et viennoiseries, très appréciable. Logement très propre, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un super séjour : glacière, tuba, chaises longues de plage, etc ! Tout est conforme aux photos. Très bel endroit avec une vue sur la mer exceptionnelle, un accès à l’immense piscine en passant par une très jolie cocoteraie, on peut même profiter de manger sur les carbets mis à disposition sur la plage. Nous avons passé séjour parfait et ne manquerons pas de revenir. Je recommande à 200%, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés ! Merci encore pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse :)
