Enclosed, tree-lined garden of 3,500 m² with no neighbors directly across.<br>Welcome to our 160 m² two-story family home plus laundry room with a pool in Grans (between Marseille, the Luberon, Avignon, and Aix-en-Provence), in a quiet setting surrounded by pine forests and olive groves. The centre of the village of Grans is a 3-minute drive away, where you’ll find two bakeries, a produce shop, a butcher, a tobacco shop, a pharmacy, a post office, two hair salons, bars, and a restaurant. The charming town of Salon-de-Provence, where you’ll find all kinds of shops and activities, is a 10-minute drive away.<br>The Super U is a 2-minute drive away, Géant Casino and Grand Frais are 10 minutes away, and Leclerc is less than 15 minutes away.<br>You can also explore the hills on foot or by bike: just cross an olive grove to discover some beautiful trails... <br>General amenities: air conditioning, heating, fiber-optic internet, well, washing machine, dryer, 3 TVs, iron and ironing board, numerous board games and comic books. We have three chickens that will provide you with fresh eggs every day, and beautiful plants that will sometimes need watering to stay looking their best!
