Tout est comme indiquĂ© dans l’annonce- les photos correspondent parfaitement Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©.Un grand plus de pouvoir laisser le chien sur la terrasse ombragĂ©e et sĂ©curisĂ©e avec vue sur la plage: il nous voit et il est content malgrĂ© le fait qu’il doit rester en dehors de la plage.Belle surprise: un hĂ©risson partageait le jardin avec nous.

Excellente semaine dans un environnement particuliĂšrement convivial. Dans cette belle villa idĂ©alement situĂ©e, tout est fait pour que l’on puisse passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able : tout le matĂ©riel, qu’il soit de cuisine, de dĂ©tente, de farniente, est Ă  disposition, rien ne manque. De plus, JĂ©rĂ©my et son Ă©pouse font tout pour nous faciliter le sĂ©jour. Ne pas hĂ©siter pour rĂ©server !

Superbe villa

Superbe villa Art déco avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Renecros. Emplacement idéal pour plage et ville. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur pour se retrouver en famille et se relaxer. AccÚs privé à la plage, prestations haut de gamme (douche extérieure, prise extérieure pur plancha...). Cette villa est un condensé d'histoire de l'anse de Renecros et un emplacement idéal pour des vacances familiales.

villa de charme trÚs bien située.

La villa les Mouettes est proche tous lieux d'intĂ©rĂȘt Ă  Bandol. Une fois garĂ©s, on peut tout faire Ă  pied: courses, restaus, thalasso, plages, casino. Avec un grand plus= l'accĂšs direct Ă  la plage RenĂ© Cros depuis le jardin. Beaucoup de charme, l'Ă©quipement Ă©lectromĂ©nager et les sanitaires sont rĂ©cents mais la villa a conservĂ© mobilier et amĂ©nagements d'Ă©poque, lieu chargĂ© d'histoire. Nombreuses piĂšces, chacun peut disposer de son espace personnel. TrĂšs bon accueil par JĂ©rĂ©my qui s'est montrĂ© disponible pendant tout notre sĂ©jour. AgrĂ©able jardin ombragĂ©, nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter cette villa enchanteresse".

Cadre idyllique.

La maison est au bord de l'eau ce qui est idéal pour des vacances. Elle est spacieuse. Matériel de plage trÚs appréciable. Bonne literie. Néanmoins, l'équipement n'est pas toujours suffisant au niveau de la cuisine : plateau, brocs, couteaux qui coupent, épluche légumes.

TrÚs bon séjour à Bandol

Nous avons passĂ© le weekend entre amies pour un EVJF Ă  Bandol. La maison Ă©tait conforme aux photos ainsi qu a la description. La proximitĂ© de la ville (5min a pieds) et de la plage par un accĂšs privĂ© lui donnent un emplacement exceptionnel. L’accueil et la flexibilitĂ© du gĂ©rant Ă©tait parfaite, Nils a Ă©tĂ© charmant et aidant. Ma maison est grande et spacieuse, Ă©quipĂ©e de climatisation et les chambres sont confortables. Je recommande ce logement fortement. Merci Nils.

Belle villa avec accĂšs direct Ă  la plage

Villa de charme, bien située, proche centre ville et port. Tout commerce à moins de 5 minutes à pied. La plage est accessible via une porte située en bas du jardin. Villa équipée du confort moderne mais ayant su garder son charme Belle Epoque grùce à de nombreux éléments de décor. Agréable impression de voyager dans le temps. Splendide vue mer depuis quasiment toutes les piÚces. Climat trÚs doux en ce début novembre, nous avons pu nous baigner (eau à 18 degrés). Aucune nuisance sonore. Accueil trÚs aimable par M. Von Bothmer, agent immobilier. Nous recommandons vivement.

Villa idéalement placée en bord de plage, proche du centre ville et du port.

La propriĂ©tĂ© est malheureusement un peu dĂ©suĂšte et doit faire l'objet d'une rĂ©habilitation lourde car trĂšs fissurĂ©e (des experts en assurance Ă©taient prĂ©sents lors de notre arrivĂ©e). l'Ă©quipement est d'une autre gĂ©nĂ©ration et mĂ©riterait d'ĂȘtre renouvelĂ© ; la literie est excellente, l'accueil est parfait.

Renecros - Bandol

Das Anwesen hat einen ganz besonderen Charm. Man kann von dem Haus direkt an den Strand und man ist auch schnell in den wunderschönen Ort Bandol. Der EigentĂŒmer sollte allerdings kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten ( Malerarbeiten etc.) durchfĂŒhren lassen.

Les Mouettes is, spacious and very well equipped but the location is really the most attractive feature of this lovely old house. To have direct access to Renecros beach from the garden was fabulous, one of our group said she felt she was in paradise. The house was also well positioned in relation to the town, tourist information, shopping, restaurants etc. Because of this we were able to manage very well without a car as everything we needed was just a short stroll away. We were a group of women friends and the house was perfect for us but it would be equally suitable for a family group. Nils, who manages the property, is very helpful.
