Charming cottage located in the park of a 17th century castle

Dans le parc d’un château du XVIIème siècle et située au cœur de la vallée de la Loire, cette ancienne dépendance, restaurée et fonctionnelle, est idéalement située pour un séjour entre visites des châteaux ou du Zoo de Beauval, cyclotourisme le long de la Loire ou tout simplement de détente en famille ou entre amis à la campagne.

A 400 mètres du village avec boulangerie, 3 km des activités nécessaires (médical, superette, pharmacie et 5 km d'un centre commercial Blois Nord) vous aurez toutes les commodités à portée de mains.

Vous pourrez visiter dans un rayon maximum de 50 km les plus importants châteaux de la Loire (Chambord, Blois, Cheverny, Chenonceaux…), le Zoo parc de Beauval et toutes les activités de la région. Vous y trouverez des producteurs locaux, des sites de balades et de visites.

La maison dispose de
- 5 chambres confortables (3 doubles et 2 qui peuvent être converties en double)
- un confortable salon avec 2 canapés, une TV, une barre de son et de nombreux jeux de société
- une salle à manger,
- une cuisine toute équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, frigo congélateur, plaques à induction, Nespresso etc...)
- un espace bureau
- 2 salles de bain (une avec baignoire)
- un jardin d'environ 1000m2 entouré de barrières mais non clos, avec salon de jardin, parasol et barbecue

Le ménage de fin de séjour est de 120 € et en option vous bénéficiez d'un service de linge à 21€/lit simple et 26€/lit double (faits !) avec les draps, les taies et une serviette par personne (ainsi que torchons et tapis de bain)

Vous pourrez aussi jouer au tennis gratuitement en réservant grâce à notre badge, sur le tennis municipal à 500 mètres de la maison.

This charming cottage is nested in the middle of the park of château de la
Vrillière, originally built in 1630 by the prominent Phelypeaux family.
The cottage house has been recently fully restored and equipped
It is perfectly located in the heart of the Loire valley (Blois, Chambord, Cheverny & Chaumont châteaux are within a 25km/15 miles radius) as well as the zoo de Beauval. The location is ideal for cycling along the Loire or simply relaxing with family or friends in the countryside.

400 metres away from the village with bakery, 3 km away from all the necessary commodities (medical, supermarket, pharmacy…) and 5 km away from the Blois Nord shopping area, where you will have all the amenities at your fingertips.

The house has:
- 5 cosy and well equipped bedrooms, (3 doubles and the 2 other can be converted to double)
- a cosy living room, with 2 sofas, a big TV, a sound bar and lots of board games
- a dining room,
- a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, induction hobs, Nespresso etc...),
- a quiet office area,
- 2 bathrooms
- 2 toilets rooms
- a big garden (around 1000sqm) with garden furnitures, umbrella and BBQ

The end-of-stay cleaning is €120 and as an option you can have the bed made, (21€/small bed, 26€/double bed). It includes the sheets, the pillowcases and a towel per person, as well as bath mat and tea towels

You can also play tennis for free by booking with our municipal tennis badge, 500 metres from the house.

Perfect country retreat

Lovely spacious house in the grounds of the chateaux surrounded by fields and woodland. The house is well appointed, extremely comfortable and the delightful owner lives next door and made us feel very welcome. No internet connection and having to hire bed linen at an extra cost is unusual in my experience of using VRBO across Europe but nevertheless this is a perfect house to stay in to explore the real beauty of the Loire Valley. And the exquisite boulangerie and patisserie a few minutes walk away in the village is a real treat!

Très agréable maison dans le parc du château. Le contact avec la famille hôte est excellent, merci ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Points d'amélioration : - le contact avec la conciergerie : nous n'avons vu personne ni pour l'arrivée ni pour la remise de clés. - la propreté est satisfaisante mais peut être améliorée sur certains détails.

Weekend au calme, très sympa. La cuisine est un peu petite pour accueillir 8 adultes. Cependant, les autres pièces sont cohérentes pour l'accueil. Les espaces nuits sont assez spacieux, et personne ne se marche dessus. Petit couac de ménage avec le propriétaire qui a été très réactif! Merci à vous.

Un séjour très agréable

4 jours avec des amis pour assister aux rendez-vous de l'histoire de Blois. Très bon emplacement à 15 minutes. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, bien qu'il y ait des manques si on est 10, comme c'était le cas : casseroles assez grandes, bols.... Très bon accueil et disponibilité de la personne qui gère le logement.

Le séjour a été très apprécié.

Nous avons particulièrement aime l’emplacement, qui facilitait le déplacement dans la région. La maison avait tout le nécessaire pour recevoir le grand nombre que nous étions. Agencée de manière intelligente, la cuisine et la chambre double en haut ont été un de bon cadres de convivialité parents pour l’une et enfant pour l’autre. Certains accessoires intéressants ont été par contre découvert que sur la fin, n’en n’avons pas pu faire grand usage . Vous pourriez les rementionner dans le message d’arrivée : - Tous les jeux de sociétés dans le meuble au salons - Le parasole dans le garage. Le texte sur l’emplacement de la poubelle n est pas très indicatif. Peut être le reformuler.

Un séjour entre amis réussi

Nous sommes arrivés a 5 couples et la maison est adaptée pour les longs weekends. Les chambres et les literies sont confortables, la cuisine est fonctionnelle et le salon chaleureux. Le jardin et la vue dégagée avec la proximité du château c'est génial. De la place pour jouer et se promener autour dans la foret du domaine c'est top. Je recommande.
