This unique 2-bedroom apartment features 2 bathrooms and the following floor plan:

- A living room with functional areas:

- The lounge space with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV.
- A dining area with a table for 6 people.
- A semi-open kitchen with everything you will need, including a trendy Nespresso coffee machine (what else?)

- A South/South-West facing terrace, as an extension of the living room, with a dining table for 6 people and deckchairs for lazy afternoons.

- The bedroom area, including the following:

- A master bedroom suite with queen size bed, TV, large closet/dressing room and large private full bathroom with tub and toilets.
- A bedroom with two single beds, TV and large closet/dressing room.
- A separate small shower room.
- Additional separate toilets.
- A closet.

GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 14 minutes on foot from the Cannes train station or 10 minutes by bus or by private driver, for which our Concierge Service can arrange for you.


WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Enjoy the quaint “village” atmosphere of the Montfleury district and do your daily shopping with the locals in the pretty shops (bakery, pharmacy, wine cellar, florist, and supermarket, within less than 5 minutes on foot).

Explore the center of Cannes, accessible via the Rue d’Antibes (9 min. walk).

Go for a leisurely stroll along the Croisette seafront and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boat (or go enjoy a cocktail at the Long Beach beach club), all in less than 15 minutes on foot.

Head to the iconic Palais des Festival to take selfies on its steps, like a movie star (also 15 min. on foot).

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, plus public parking less than a minute away on foot.
Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.

Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.

Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.

After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes.

All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
