Very nice brand new luxury apartment with large terrace (30m2) in ground garden in secure area with infinity pool located on the Croix des Gardes hill.
This accommodation is unique because it combines the ground floor with a large terrace and an impregnable view of the sea and the Esterel.
It consists of a designer kitchen fully equipped, a large living room with dining area. The extra-large sofa (Italian design) is convertible into a bed for 2 people (specially designed for daily bedding with mattress 15cm pocket springs, slatted base for optimal rest).
A room equipped with 2 single beds.
The living room and the bedroom open onto a terrace opening onto the secured park (remote controlled access) with impregnable views over the Mediterranean and the Esterel mountains. The latter is also equipped with all the necessary equipment to fully enjoy the view and your holidays.
Bathroom with Italian shower.
Free covered parking in the residence.
WIFI included.

De l’accueil jusqu’à la fin de notre séjour nous avons tout apprécié. Sandrine est une hôte attentive à nos besoins. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé et possède une grande terrasse confortable avec vue paradisiaque. À proximité du centre de Cannes et de la mer, nous avons profité de 41 jours de pur bonheur. On y reviendra assurément.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Sandstrand von La Bocca, an dem man bis zum Hafen laufen kann. Das Anwesen ist sehr schön und ordentlich, die Wohnung selbst gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet.

Magnifique appartement !

L'accueil lors de l'arrivée et le départ de la résidence sont très bien organisés. L'appartement est très bien décoré et agencé. Moderne et tendance. Il est également bien équipé, pratique et fonctionnel, notamment au niveau de la cuisine. La literie est très bonne. Douche à l'italienne très grande dans des tons doux et chaleureux. La vue sur la mer et la massif de l'Estérel est absolument splendide. La terrasse plein sud est spacieuse et aménagée avec 6 chaises confortables. Il y a un calme très reposant dans toute la Résidence. Les diverses senteurs du Sud, ainsi que le coucher du soleil derrière les massifs montagneux sont inoubliables ! La grande piscine à "deux pas" de l'appartement est un "plus" indéniable. Nous recommandons cette location à toutes les personnes qui aiment la Côte d'Azur dans son ensemble ! Danièle et Alain PS : Ne pas oublier de se renseigner lors de l'Accueil, à l'arrivée dans la Résidence, au sujet des moyens de transports rapides, pour les déplacements.
