The apartment is fabulous, there is everything you need to hand the apartment is very well decorated and has all the amenities and appliances to make your stay more comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the market is a only a short walk away, it is in a quite location. We have had a lovely 2 week break and hopefully we will be back again soon.

Unsere 4 -köpfige Familie hat eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es war für 4 Personen ein bisschen eng, aber wir haben fast die ganze Zeit draußen verbracht. Wir kamen nur am Abend zurück. Es gibt alles in der Wohnung, was man braucht: Tee, Kaffee, Salz, Zucker, Schampoo und Duschgel. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es Aldi. Wenn man ins Zentrum bzw. in die Altstadt will, braucht man ca 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist diese Wohnung ideal. Kostenloser Parkplatz ist unten hinter dem Haus. WLAN gibt es auch. Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen

Nice location, well equipped

A very pretty, perfectly equipped apartment in an older residence somewhat away from the busy part of Cannes. The beaches (public and private) are at 10 minutes walk, a bit difficult for people with very young kids or injuries due to the very steep road up to the building. Parking area in the private backyard with a little bit of luck, though you don't need the car, because there's a very good grocery store down the street and you can reach all the well known spots of Cannes by foot or by bus. If you don't bother about getting up early and spending the whole day at the beach or traveling around, because there's an elementary school next to the residence, where the kids stay outside with their yelling caretakers and the gate bell rings the whole day, then it's a good place to be. There's absolutely everything that you could possibly need in the apartment and the beds are good. It's nicely renovated, but it does need some better maintenance, which is taken care of not by the proprietors themselves. We had an overall great vacation there, Thanks a lot!

Schöne Ferien in Cannes

Schönes übersichtliches Appartement. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht auf das Meer, Altstadt Burg und Umgebung wo man morgens frühstücken und abends ein Glas Wein genießen kann. Ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise und stört auch während der Nacht nicht. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, und uns wurde alles gut erklärt. Da gibts aber auch nichts kompliziertes. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe wo man alles nötige einkaufen kann. Altstadt in 5 min erreichbar, bis zum Sandstrand 10 min, Zum wunderbaren Markt sind es auch nur 10 min Vom Bahnhof, der in 15 min erreichbar ist, kann man Ausflüge entlang der ganzen Küste machen. Bahntickets günstig, bsp bis Monaco 20€, Nice 14€ hin und zurück. Auto lohnt nicht,alleine wegen dem Verkehr. Hierzu empfehle ich die App von SNCF (Fr Bahngesellschaft) die übersichtlich die Bahnverbindung anzeigt. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt und das Appartement werden wir sicher nochmals nutzen. Vielen Dank an Fatha und Ingrid.

Excellent apartment in all dimensions

Many thanks to Ingrid and Frederic for the convenient and comfortable apartment! Kitchen was perfectly equipped, I felt myself like at home because the apartment had all necessary appliances and kitchenette. We traveled with 6 y.o. kid and cooking of fresh homemade meal was important for us. There is more than enough space for 3 people, bathroom is renovated and new. One can find beautiful castle and sea view. The place is silent as it is located far from road traffic and at the same time close to old city and beach. Frederic and Ingrid were very helpful and we definitely come back in case of future vacations in Cannes. Kind regards and best wishes, Natalia

idéalement situé

très bon séjour passé dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé idéalement situé et conforme aux photos . Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine tout peut être fait à pied , en bus ou en train . (arrêt de bus en bas de la rue). Nous n'avons pas pris la voiture de la semaine. Accès aux plages rapide. Très beau marché couvert tous les matins non loin de la location et supérette en bas de la rue.

Super zufrieden!!!! Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage, ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und die schönen Dinge von Cannes alle zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Gerne wieder! Замечательный отпуск в самом сердце Канн. Квартира, очень чистая & оборудованная всем необходимым, расположенна примерно в 200 метрах от моря. С балкона открывается прекрассный вид на море & на город. Хозяев квартиры как и жильцов дома можно тоже охарактеризовать только с положительной стороны. Все очень понравилось & с удовольствием приедем снова!

Beau studio très lumineux et climatisé à proximité immédiate de la plage et du centre.Tout peut se faire à pied sans avoir besoin de véhicule. Il y a une grande terrasse qui longe tout l’appartement et sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre nos repas. La vue est dégagée sur la mer et le Suquet. La décoration contemporaine est de très bon goût et les équipements neufs sont bien appréciables. La résidence possède un parking et un gardien. A notre arrivée, l’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable.Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés ! Les propriétaires Ingrid et Frédéric sont charmants et très arrangeants.

Location idéale!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement en Février. Nous visitions Cannes pour le Festival International des Jeux qui a lieu au Palais des Festivals et des Congrès. Nous souhaitions donc un accès rapide à pied au Palais. Nous avons garé la voiture dans le parking privatif de la résidence, puis avons passé une semaine à pied. Bref, résidence gardiennée, au centre de Cannes et très bien entretenue. Tous commerces à proximité immédiate, supermarché, marché traditionnel de Forville, restaurants... Parfaitement situé, nous avons tout réalisé à pied De l’appartement situé au 5ème étage, nous avions une vue dégagée sur la mer et la ville historique de Cannes. Nous avons profité de notre séjour sur le grand balcon quand nous déjeunions à l’appartement. Repas ensoleillés, vue sur mer avec les mimosas fleuris en contrebas à cette saison. Magnifique! A bientôt et merci encore pour le bon accueil des propriétaires. Geoffroy.

Ideale Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Cannes

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung, die der Beschreibung genau entspricht, angetroffen. Die Lage ist optimal, um in Cannes alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. In Cannes brauchten wir kein Auto. Der private Parkplatz für das Auto war sehr von Vorteil, da wir uns so kein Parkplatz suchen mussten. Wir haben zehn wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat, wir haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen, und es war sicherlich nicht unser letzter Urlaub in dieser Wohnung.

Wonderful apartment and brilliant location

The photographs are extremely accurate of the cozy and wonderfully positioned apartment just minutes from the center of Cannes. During the film festival, it was an easy walk to access all features and amenities offered throughout the city. The apartment was very comfortable and the owner made every effort to ensure our comfort. The owner took every step including providing maps, itineraries, and travel suggestions to help with a smooth arrival and departure. Truly, it was a pleasure to stay at this apartment and rent from the owner. I wholeheartedly recommend this location with its phenomenal view and far more impressive positioning, one would be hard pressed to find a more prime position for the price range.

pour de bonnes vacances il faut un bon cadre de vie et l'appartement à toutes les conditions pour passer une semaine sereine confortable et accessible à tous. pour les amoureux de la mer, tout y est les petits ports typiques mandelieu - villefranche sur mer - théoule sur mer - menton. A Cannes sur la Croisette les plages de sable tranquilles qui vous pousseront vers la mer bleu et clair tonique pour les bienfaits du corps - le marché couvert où tous les matins vous rencontrerez les pêcheurs - les fleuristes "minosas - les violettes - toutes les variétés à des prix ...tous les producteurs de fromages - fruites et légumes" les différentes saveurs. Pour les amateurs de peinture, les peintres exposent les oeuvres le long des quais de cannes, quelques brocanteurs les accompagnent. A quelques minutes vous trouverez un petit village BIOT un marché artisanal vous tend les bras le mardi matin je vous laisse le découvrir. Antibes un thalasso bien agréable lieu privilégié où tout le personnel est très acceuillant. merci aux propriétaires de ce lieu où il fait bon vivre et on a déjà hâte d'y retourner .

Studio très lumineux, gai, très bien agencé. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié : la propreté ! la literie est impeccable et c'est la 1ère fois en de nombreuses années de location, que les oreillers ne dégagent aucune odeur de sueur, que les protections de matelas sont lavées après chaque passage. Félicitations aux propriétaires et merci pour cette sensation de respect du locataire que nous avons ressentie (propreté, déco, et recherche du détail afin de ne manquer de rien et de se sentir comme chez soi). J'ai bien aimé la salle de bains ; la cuisine aussi ; toutes les 2 sont très fonctionnelles. Par ailleurs, on peut laisser la voiture au parking et faire tout à pied, la gare est à 1/4h ; avec 1 € on peut aller en bus jusqu'à Nice mais il s'arrête à tous les arrêts ! Cannes est magique et on se nourrit de sa luminosité !

Une location super sympa

Superbement située, à quelques pas des plages, du Suquet(vieux Cannes), de la rue Meynadier (Commerçants), de la Croisette: la voiture n'est pas nécessaire pour profiter de Cannes.La location était très propre,correspondant exactement aux photos ainsi qu'à la description fournie par les propriétaires.Un discount se trouve à proximité pour des achats rapides ou autres et les restaurants sont à 5/10 minutes de l'appart. La terrasse est sympa avec une échappée mer et si besoin la climatisation apporte une fraicheur bien agréable. L'immeuble est très calme et bien entretenu. L'appartement est comme neuf et tout fonctionne parfaitement pour y passer un séjour très agréable. Cannes avec son animation , ses différents pôles d'activités mérite qu'on en profite et la ville est bien située pour excursionner vers Antibes, Nice, Monaco,Menton, et aussi emprunter la route merveilleuse ( la Corniche d'Or) de l'.Estérel menant vers St Raphael. Je recommande vivement cet appartement pour passer une ou plusieurs semaines dans la région.
