Nice apartment on the 1st floor in a small closed residence (3 floors) with swimming pool and private parking, 3 km from the Croisette (Palais des Festivals), the beaches and 10 minutes from the motorway.
Near the residence: Bus number 2 stop with access to the station and the Palais des Festivals.
Near Le Cannet Rocheville. Located in the brush district.

Beautiful 3 room apartment of 55 m2 + terrace (17m2) for dining, not overlooked on the 1st floor with elevator, composed of:

a bedroom with large closet bed + chest of drawers
a second bedroom with bunk beds + folding bed.

Living room with large flat screen TV + Dvd player. Free WIFI.

Kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer. Coffee maker with filter + coffee maker with soft pod. Toaster.

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie zum ersten Mal Urlaub an der Cote d'azur gemacht und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet. Der Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Strand hat viele kostenlose Parkplätze und ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief super und war sehr herzlich. Der Pool, der zu der Wohnanlage gehört war nie überfüllt und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir können die Wohnung absolut uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Merci beaucoup Mme et Mr Avril.

Gut gelegene und zweckmäßig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Für 4 Personen etwas wenig Platz. Die Wohnung ist als rollstuhlgerecht deklariert, das ist sie jedoch nur bedingt. Die Wohnung ist mit dem Aufzug barrierefrei erreichbar, aber in der Wohnung sind die Platzverhältnisse beengt. Bad und WC sind nur mit Hilfestellung per Rollstuhl erreichbar. Ein Rollstuhlfahrer kann sich hier nicht vollständig selbständig bewegen. Es fehlen Haltegriffe. Die Dusche ist für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet. Bei uns ging es zum Glück, da die Person den Transfer auf einen mitgebrachten Duschhocker noch mit Hilfestellung leisten kann.Die Sauberkeit ist im Vergleich zu anderen Ferienwohnungen nur durchschnittlich. Das kann aber auch an den Vormietern gelegen haben (Küche war nicht ordentlich geputzt und in einigen Zimmerecken war es sehr staubig). Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Doppelbett ist sehr schmal (nur ca. 1,40m). Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ein Kontakt bei Rückfragen ist jederzeit möglich. Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage mit leichten Einschränkungen im Komfort.

Bon accueil à notre arrivée. Emplacement parking privé sécurisé. La sécurité est garantie par un portail électrique un badge à présenter à l'entrée du bâtiment.L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il faut cependant noter que, comme le bâtiment, tout n'est pas neuf. exemple: Le lave linge semble en fin de vie, et une taque vitrocéramique ne fonctionne pas bien.Cependant, nous avons passé 2 belles semaines. Climatisation dans le salon, qui peut se propager jusqu'aux chambres, cuisine bien équipée, Tv connectée aux applications comme youtube. Salle de bain avec tout ce qu'il faut.Petite remarque, l'armoire dans la 2me chambre était fermée à clés, il n'y avait qu'une étagère avec des bacs en tissu pour mon fils. Ce n'était pas contraignant, mais ce n'est pas très courant.La piscine était très agréable avec la chaleur de la côte d'azur.En résumé, une belle adresse à la sortie de Cannes; Vu les remarques ci-dessus, je trouve le prix un rien trop élevé par rapport à mes autres expériences (mais ceci n'engage que moi).

Appartement et propriétaires au TOP

L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé ! La climatisation est un atout majeur qui rend les journées et les nuits agréables, même en plein été, avec 36 degrés à l'extérieur. L'appartement et les extérieurs sont propres et bien entretenus. Les chambres sont agréablement aménagées et la cuisine a tout ce qu'il faut. Il y a du sel, du poivre, de l'huile, etc. sur place. Le lave-linge est un excellent point, très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge. L'accueil de Madame et Monsieur Avril a été très chaleureux. Après avoir été victimes d'un vol de la majorité de nos affaires en arrivant à Cannes, ils se sont montrés très serviables et à l'écoute. La piscine ne dispose pas de transats, mais l'espace autour permet de poser sa serviette pour s'installer. La piscine est grande et très bien entretenue. La rencontre avec les résidents permanents a été également très agréable ; les enfants ont pu jouer avec d'autres enfants, et nous avons pu échanger avec les adultes. Des vacances très réussies !

Ottima sistemazione

Situato nel quartiere Le Cannet, a venti minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia (ben servita d amezzi pubblici), al primo piano di una palazzina ben tenuta. L'alloggio è spazioso e luminoso (due camere, ampio soggiorno con cucinino a parte e un terrazzo dove poter mangiare comodamente). Buona dotazione di stoviglie, elettrodomestici e altre attrezzature (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, ferro da stiro, a/c...). In una città sempre affollata come Cannes molto apprezzato il posto auto privato nel cortile e la piscina con docce e spogliatoio. La comunicazione con gli host è sempre stata chiara e tempestiva, i proprietari si sono dimostrati gentili e disponibili. Sicuramente da consigliare

Schöner Urlaub! :-)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Cannes! Die Vermieter, M et Mme Avril haben sich toll um alles gekümmert. Sie haben uns persönlich empfangen, die Wohnung gezeigt und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und man hat einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, sowie die ganze Anlage. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l’appartement de Mme et Mr Avril. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, un appartement très bien équipé, des couchages confortables et surtout la climatisation! La piscine est tres agréable: soleil ou ombre, tout le monde y trouve son compte. La résidence est très calme, parfait pour des vacances en famille. Nous recommandons ce logement!

Très bel appartement soigné

Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet appartement très bien soigné. Nous avons pu mangé tous les jours en terrasse même les jours de pluie car elle est abritée avec la lumière.

Schöne grosse Wohnung am Stadtrand von Cannes

Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Grosse Terrasse, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, schnelles WLan und eine Klimaanlage, mit welcher die ganze Wohnung angenehm gekühlt werden konnte um gut zu schlafen. Besonders der herzliche Empfang und die Flexibilität bei unserer verfrühten Ankunft sind noch zu erwähnen.

Heerlijk verblijf nabij de stranden van

We werden gastvrij ontvangen en kregen een duidelijke uitleg over alles werkte. Het appartement beschikt over een heerlijk zwembad. Er is een goede busverbinding naar het centrum van Cannes. Ons favoriete strand was La Bocca, waar je gratis kunt parkeren. Voor ons gezin was het een goed onderkomen met een goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Alles was man für einen Urlaub braucht

Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Anlage mit schönem, sauberen Pool. Sie bietet mit ihrer Ausstattung alles, was benötigt wird und ist mit der Klimaanlage auch für die Nächte im Sommer angenehm kühl zum Schlafen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist trotz Stadtlage ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie ein Bäcker sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns mit 4 Personen für 3 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Empfehlenswert!
