We canceled Stay

Property comes with no sheets or towels, Property Manager shut his phone and did not pick it up, refused to talk. Owner was very honest and accepted cancelation and reimbursed teh stay.

This apartment is REALLY excellent but for two small details worth mentioning -- however, we would certainly stay here again: It is beautiful, clean, comfortable, the photos of the apartment are accurate, the neighbours are quiet and kind. This apartment is centrally located in Cannes La Bocca one block from the square where all the life of this part of town is found. It is a very easy 10 min walk to the beach, or to Le Bosquet train station. Another reason for this being a great apartment is that all public transportation is very, very easy and close by. The Apartment has stairs as well as an elevator. The front door is locked for security that is opened with the apartment key. There is a doorbell phone outside so you can ring people in. There is parking for one car.The kitchen is well stocked with the basics you will need for some light cooking. There is a dishwasher as well. And the washing machine is just fine. There are two things that, I think, are important to know about the apartment before you rent 1) There are no sheets or towels. While these things are easy to buy down the street, if you arrive late, the first night could be very uncomfortable. 2) The bedrooms are very hot in the summer. The only air conditioner is in the living room. When it is very hot, even keeping all the balcony doors open does not help much. Just 2 things to keep in mind when selecting this pretty GREAT apartment!Also, the apartment manager lives nearby and is very helpful and kind.

Wunderbare Wohnung, die alles bietet, was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt. Der wunderschöne, saubere Strand ist in 10 Minuten gemütlichem Spaziergang erreichbar, in der Nähe befinden sich zwei große Supermärkte, zahlreiche Geschäfte, eine Apotheke und ein Spielplatz. Nur drei Minuten entfernt liegt eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man bequem ins Stadtzentrum fahren kann. Ich würde sagen, dies ist ein sehr guter Ort für einen Familienurlaub, den ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Bel appartement calme et confortable

Appartement douillet avec de beaux volumes, joliment décoré et bien équipé en vaisselle et ustensiles. Bien situé dans un quartier vivant mais paisible doté de tous les commerces, il est proche de la plage et de la promenade du front de mer. Les arrêts de bus pour aller au centre ville de Cannes sont à proximité. Le trajet en bus dure 15 à 20 min, 50 min à pied. Le garage est un vrai plus pour laisser la voiture. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour de 12 jours en mars. Nous n’avons pas utilisé la terrasse mais elle est semble très agréable. Les chambres donnent sur l’arrière et sont très calmes. Bref nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous devons séjourner à nouveau à Cannes. Dernier point, la disponibilité et l’accueil sympathique de M. Duarte qui nous a fait entrer dans un appartement très propre.

Superbe appartement

Superbe appartement, très bien placé . A 50 mètres de la plage à peu près à pied. Et si vous voulez aller aux plages de Mandelieu il y a une navette gratuite. Il possède une terrasse magnifique, nous y avons mangé et pris l’apéritif tous les soirs , c’était génial. L’appartement est grand , décoré avec un style provençal, il est très bien équipé ( nous sommes restés deux semaines , et j’ai cuisiné tous les jours , donc c’était important) et il y a un garage, ce qui est aussi important car se garer est compliqué. Je recommande vivement cette location , nous y avons passé d’excellentes vacances!

Sommerurlaub mit Familie

Wir haben drei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und sind total begeistert. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber, der Strand, der Markt und ein großer Supermarkt sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Kontakt vor Ort bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe etc. war super. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

Holiday in La Bocca

Das Appartement war sehr angenehm und funktional. Alles in der Nähe - Markt, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Strand und Meer sowieso Schöner großer Balkon. Die Kommunikation mit Alain und Rene (Kontaktperson vor Ort) war prima. Die Kommunikation mit Fewo Direkt war umständlich, zeitraubend und oft ineffektiv.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben: Sehr sauber und die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden und auch einige Dinge wie Gewürze, Öl/Essig und Tee/Kaffee. Die Dachterrasse ist sehr schön und man kann dort gut entspannen. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe einer Einkaufsstraße mit Bäckereien, Metzgereien, Supermärkten und Restaurants - alles in 3-5 Fußminuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einfach und sehr gut und auch die Schlüsselübergabe beim Check in und Check out war kein Problem. Da die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt, war der Aufzug sehr von Vorteil und auch, dass ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden war. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und können diese sehr weiterempfehlen.

Séjour très agréable.

Très bon séjour Appartement tres bien équipé et spacieux.Environnement assez calme.Belle terrasse pour recevoir amis ou famille.Proche des commerces et plage à pieds .Parking avec box bien pratique pour le secteur.Seul bémol interphone ne fonctionne pas et pas de clim dans les chambres mais on peut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes car non bruyant la nuit.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

nice apartment very close to the beach

We had a very nice week in Cannes. The apartment is well equipped, has a very spacious terrace. The quartier is nice; bakery, supermarkets, everything you need in a short walking distance.
