Villa La Missive is situated in Le Petit Juas, a quiet residential part of Cannes, yet only eight minutes walk from the Palais de Festivals, Marina and seafront.

The luxurious accommodation comprises large living/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. Fully equipped with broadband WiFi, and LCD TV, Apple TV, and DVD player.

The ground level apartment, part of a c.1910 private house converted into three apartments, is a generous 60 sq MTS, with a terrace (31 sq MTS) exclusive to this apartment. The front gate opens on to the terrace which has the benefit of the glorious Cotes d'Azur sunshine for most of the day whilst the rear of the apartment has three large windows across the cool and spacious living area to take in the view of the stunning hills behind the town.

The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and is very much a comfortable family home used frequently by the owners, rather than a bland corporate entity. The stunning artworks and carefully curated antiques lend this apartment its unique individuality.

Stay at La Missive

It was a pleasant stay at La Missive. I was there with 3 friends and loved it. The rooms were neat and the airco was very nice to have with the weather. Almost everything that we needed was there and the view from the fronside was amazing. We realy recommend this apartment to other people!

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Only the parking situation is not really satisfactory. The city centre and the beach of Cannes are within walking distance. However, on the way back, you have to walk up steep streets and stairs.

Great apartment..

We are now returning after a wonderful stay in Cannes - this apartment is bigger than it seems from the pictures and has a great view over the mountains of Cannes - It is approximately 15 minutes walk from beach and down town Cannes ( the locations is quite though in the city. ) 2 rather big bedrooms with AC made it easy to be 3 grownups in the apartment Can only recommend 👍

Nous avons loué l’appartement pendant 2 semaines à l’occasion du festival de Cannes. Celui-ci est très bien situé (a 10min à pieds du palais). Il est parfaitement aménagé et très convivial. Je recommande ! Merci à Keith pour sa réactivité, un très bon hôte.

Location très agréable.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans l'appartement de Keith. En période de canicule nous avons beaucoup apprécié la climatisation dans toutes les pièces. Nous conseillons cette location très bien aménagée et équipée et surtout très propre. Par contre, il est très très difficile de stationner donc nous avons pris un abonnement dans un parking. Le marché et le bord de mer sont proches mais attention il faut avoir une bonne forme physique car c'est tout en pente !

Tolles Apartment in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Keiths Wohnung in Cannes verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Die Klimaanlage ( drei einzelne Einheiten) hat sehr gut funktioniert. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 15 min(Bergab) zu Fuss, 5 min von der Wohnung befindet sich ein sehr gutes take away Restaurant was sehr praktisch ist. Ein grosses Problem stellte die tägliche Parkplatzsuche im Quartier, aber auch das war zu schaffen. Keith ist ein sehr guter und freundlicher Gastgeber welcher zwar in England Wohnt, jedoch immer für uns erreichbar war. Die Nachbarin Rita ist eine tolle und sehr hilfreiche Frau, welche uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur verfügung stand. Herzlichen Dank an Keith und Rita für die schönen Ferientage in Cannes.

A great accommodation

Keith's place is just perfect. It has all the equipments you need, and they all work perfectly. It has sunlight all day, and a nice terrace. It's well connected, just 15 minutes to the Croisette and the Palais, and Keith was very helpful from beginnning to end. Highly recommended.

Owner was both friendly and professional, very helpful, with quick responses to communication. Apartment is lovely, clean, well equipped and full of character. We really appreciated the air conditioning, it was very hot in September and the excellent library, as we love reading. Warm welcome and keys provided by the lady in the upstairs apartment. Our first visit to the area and we loved it. We endorse the recommended restaurant, L'Assiette Provencale on Quai Saint Pierre, excellent food and service. Only down side for us was the lack of allocated parking combined with uphill walk for arthritic knees.

Home from Home

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. It had everything we could of wished for and felt really comfortable. A short walk from the town centre and the beaches we really enjoyed strolling into town and exploring Cannes and the surrounding area on the frequent busses. We have stayed in Cannes a number of times and this apartment was just right for a relaxing, stress free stay.

Live like a posh local in Cannes

Stayed at Villa La Missive during the Cannes Lions Festival this year and will likely never stay in a hotel again. I loved everything about the apartment and found Keith to be a perfect host. The apartment is very clean and well kept and features in-room air conditioning for both bedrooms (important for Americans like me who really need a cool down from the constant sun) and the living room as well as an updated and well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and sound system. The little touches throughout the place made it not only functional but special - the hairdryer and shower are great and well above typical EU amenities, yet the old fashioned shuttered windows overlooking the hills of Cannes combined with the beautiful dining room made it feel like my business trip was actually a vacation. I truly felt like a local and the 10 min walk to the Croisette made it the perfect location. The only regret I have is leaving this review as I feel word getting out could compromise my ability to book next year!

Met our expectations - highly recommended.

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated, giving it a feeling of being lived in and cosy. There were many thoughtful small touches such as reading books, beach towels, beach mats and shopping bags that added to the overall comfort of our stay. We loved the patio where we enjoyed meals and pre dinner cocktails. Location was quiet and residential but close to shops, markets, restaurants and beach - 10 minute walk to most, albeit an uphill walk home, a welcome exercise to offset the morning's fresh baguettes and croissants from the local boulangerie. Parking was sometimes a challenge but we always found a spot outside or very close by. In the late afternoon spaces always opened up. The owner, Keith, was very fast to respond to any inquiry and was very accessible - another plus.
