The luxurious apartments, at Royal Palm, are situated on the beach front with panoramic sea views of the Bay of Cannes. Along the beach, jet boats, windsurfing and a variety of other activities are available. Everything the French Riviera can offer is within easy driving distance of the apartments. Within 15 minutes is the world famous Cannes, with its palm fringed beaches, where you can find superb restaurants, glitzy bars, luxury shops and maybe a celebrity or two. The old port is packed with stunning yachts - other attractions, such as churches and monasteries are close by. Medieval fortified villages, museums of famous artists, St Tropez, Monaco, northern Italy and the famous perfume centre of Grasse, are all within easy reach. Further afield, about a couple of hours, are the skiing slopes and resorts of the Alps.

Three units are available to rent, all with superb sea views and within a 15 minute drive from the centre of Cannes. Situated in Royal Palm, these two apartments and one penthouse all have modern amenities, access to swimming pools, and their own reserved parking places. If you have a large party, apartments 217 & 218 are located right next to each other with enough sleeping space for eight guests.

Our son Daniel and his Australian wife Edwina, have two small children and live in Melbourne. I retired from being the president of a group of 20 steel related companies in Asia in 2011.

We are not dependent on rental income from France, but we are emotionally dependent on having happy guests in our apartments in Royal Palm, who would like to come back to us. Many of whom return to us year after year.
