The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with west terrace and north balcony (10 m2 and 6 m2), which can accommodate 2 people in pairs.
Very bright, it consists of an entrance, a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom with air conditioning and a shower room.
The living room gives access to both the terrace and the balcony. From the bedroom there is also access to the balcony. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea, the Esterel and the Garden of MorĂšs below. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Croix-des-Gardes.

Schönes Appartement in Cannes La Bocca

Wir durften 10 Tage in dem schönen Appartement von Daniele verbringen. Alles war wie im Inserat beschriebene. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. FĂŒr 2 Personen perfekt. Bei 38° waren wir sehr froh ĂŒber die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Ein absolutes Plus ist der abgeschlossene Privatparkplatz. Von Corinne wurden wir herzlich begrĂŒĂŸt. Daniele hat sich ebenfalls telefonisch nach der Ankunft und der Abfahrt bei uns gemeldet. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden jederzeit dieses Appartement wieder mieten.

L'appartement est nickel et tres comfortable -du moins pour 2 personnes- et bien equipe, malgre une cuisine assez petite. Nous avons bien apprecie la literie, le linge de Maison, la grande terrasse sans vis a vis et les petites attentions a l'arrivee La place de parking, la localisation calme, pres des plages du midi et a 2 pas de l'arret des bus garantissent un sejour relax a Cannes !!!

La Bocca du bist meine Liebe!!!

Wie waren in la Bocca 12 Tage, die Wohnung liegt sehr nah zum Strand und es gibt viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der NĂ€he. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die hat alle notwendigen Sachen fĂŒr die Aufenhalt. Cannes ist 4 km entfernt. Es ist angenehme Promenade hin spazieren zu gehen. Es gibt auch Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof in der NĂ€he. Das Meer ist herrlich mit einen Sandstrand. Hier beherrscht eine UrlaubsatmosphĂ€re.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem gepflegtem Haus

Wunderbarer Meerblick vom Balkon. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung (Bus und Bahn vor der HaustĂŒr), sodass man das Auto auf dem reservierten Parkplatz stehen lassen kann. Hervorragende Infrastruktur (Markthalle, SupermĂ€rkte, BĂ€cker, Metzger, Restaurants ...), da das Apartmenthaus in einer belebten, normalen Wohngegend steht. Das bedeutet: man ist mitten im französischen Alltag, mit all seinem Trubel. Also nichts fĂŒr Menschen, die die Stille suchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wie wir erst vor Ort erfuhren, spricht sie auch deutsch, sodass sich fĂŒr uns viele Dinge leichter besprechen ließen. In einem frĂŒheren Kommentar hatten wir gelesen, dass kein WLAN in der Wohnung sei - dies wurde wohl inzwischen nachgerĂŒstet. Wir hatten ein einwandfreies, kostenloses WLAN zur VerfĂŒgung.

Sehr schöne Alternative

Wir waren schon hĂ€ufig in Cannes in verschiedenen Appartements, dieses ist sicher eines der besseren. Sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zum Strand und eine gepflegte Anlage. Die Angaben trafen alle zu, im Gegenteil wurden wir von der GrĂ¶ĂŸe der Wohnung positiv ĂŒberrascht. Einwandfrei fĂŒr 2 Personen, fĂŒr 4 wĂŒrde es etwas eng. Sauber und gepflegt, einfach aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und beantwortete Nachfragen per Mail sehr flott. Vor Ort wurden wir vom Hausmeister der Anlage betreut, sehr freundlich, spricht aber nur französisch. Kein Problem... Als Willkommen stand eine Flasche Wein mit einer netten Karte bereit. Einzig das Fehlen von WLAN fanden wir nachteilig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Marion + Lutz
