Come and enjoy a stay in the countryside in the village of Saint-Hilaire-les-Monges. It will seduce you with its privileged position between the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park and that of Millevaches in Limousin. Nearby, also discover the Herment church, the Lac des Fades Desserve, the Château Dauphin, Vulcania, the town of Clermont-Ferrand and the many hikes available in the surrounding area. The house includes two gîtes and one furnished. This gîte is composed on the ground floor: - a living room - a kitchen area open to the dining room - a bathroom - a separate toilet - two bedrooms with a double bed each Outside : - a 30m² enclosed courtyard including two tables with benches and parasols
