ALL INCLUSIVE ! Magnificent stone house completely renovated in 2020 in a pretty typical Auvergne hamlet! The Gîte du Coudy will delight you with the great comfort, quality materials and modernity that characterize it for a stay in the heart of authentic Auvergne! Ideally located to enjoy many activities and exceptional natural sites: near the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, the spa resort of La Bourboule, the leisure parks of Vulcania and the Volcan de Lemptégy, the Château de Cordès, the basilica Orcival, the many crater lakes, the magnificent Chaîne des Puys recently listed as World Heritage by Unesco. The cottage is made up on the ground floor of a bright and very pleasant open-plan kitchen living room, a bedroom with a 140 bed and a shower room / wc. We like the south / east exposure of the living room for optimal sunshine! Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with two 90 beds that can be joined together with an adjoining office / sleeping area including a BZ sofa (2 additional people accepted free of charge), a very comfortable bathroom and an independent toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: beds will be made on arrival, towels are provided, heating and cleaning are included. WIRELESS. Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful private adjoining and enclosed space with garden furniture and barbecue. A second green and wooded outdoor space is also at your disposal. Private car park.
