Lover of the great outdoors and nature, this cottage is waiting for you ! You will enjoy an exceptional panorama and a very comfortable cottage in the heart of the Livradois Forez regional natural park ! This cottage is located in a small hamlet on the heights of Saint-Anthème, in an old typical farmhouse renovated with care and whitout any face to face. It is composed at the ground floor of an open kitchen living room with a big table and an insert fireplace (1/2 cubic meter of wood offered), warm living place where you will share good meals at the fireside after good days in the middle of the nature ! At the ground floor likewise, a cellar to store cheese and other food, a laundry and independent WC. At the first floor, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with a 140 bed and 90 one, a big bedroom with five 90 beds including one bunk bed (four additional people accepted 35€/person/week), a bathroom with an independent WC. Finally, the main room : a magnificient green and flowery exterior with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature, a garden lounge and barbecue. Shelter for car (2 places), private parking. Small closed room that can accommodate bikes or other materials… Unfenced land. For your comfort, beds will be made on your arrival and towels are included. Heating : 400kwh included for one week, the rest in supplement according to consumption. Many activities around : festival at the volcano of Montpelloux, black cock Jasserie. Winter : station of Prabouré at 14km : Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snow school, snowshoes… Summer : at Prabouré : downhill scooter, mountain kart ; giant zip line, hiking, pony ride, many marked hikes (circuit GR3 walking past the cottage).. At the village : lake, small leisure center with supervised swimming, pedalo, fitness trail, boules pitch… Fishing in the river of Anse and at the dam lake of Pradeaux at 6km.
