In Vaux-sur-mer, this villa in the domain of Les Fées is a stone's throw from the promenade, shops and restaurants on foot. This seaside villa is located in a green setting between pines and oaks, and enjoys a view of the sea and private access to the beach of Nauzan. A confidential place out of sight.

Nestled between sea and forest, this residence of around 150 m2 faces the horizon. From the entrance, and from each room, the view invites contemplation.

The entrance to the house serves on the one hand the kitchen facing the front park, designed as a laboratory in all sobriety. The living room has a living room extending onto the terrace, a real place to live in fine weather.

The main level has two suites, each with a shower room or bathroom, and enjoying access to the garden and the sea.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bathroom.

The fully fenced park allows you to park several vehicles and enjoy real privacy, in the shade of the trees. At any time of the day, the gate at the end of the garden allows direct access to the beach!
