L'amenagement interieur de la maison et son entretien ne correspond absolument pas à l'exterieur. L'emplacement et la splendide vue ne peuvent faire oublier le négligé de l'interieur et la dangerosité de la paroi vitrée cassée. Quel dommage !

Superbe maison avec un jardin où l’on a l’impression de flotter sur l’océan. Rien à redire, si je dois revenir à royan pour les vacances je reprendrai la même maison

Prestations tres decevantes.

Équipements vetustes et defectueux..passage du plombier deux jours de suite..perte de jouissance et dedommagements substantiels demandés au propriétaire mis au courant de notre vif mecontentement.
