Sehr schönes, großes Haus mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Sehr ruhige Lage, aber dennoch nah zum Strand und zur Innenstadt. Große Garage mit 2 Plätzen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der schöne Wintergarten mit Gaskaminofen. Extrem viel Abstellmöglichkeiten in großen Wandschränken. Küche modern eingerichtet. Badezimmer neu mit großen, ebenerdigen Duschen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour parfait

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour : superbe maison à la fois décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très agréable et très fonctionnelle ; entre le séjour de la maison, la véranda, 2 terrasses, il est très facile de vivre en famille, soit ensemble, soit isolés. Un petit plus pour se rafraîchir ou se réchauffer (en fonction de la météo) : le grand jacuzzi, qui participe aussi à une chaleureuse ambiance lumineuse en soirée. 3 plages accessibles à pied avec un coup de cœur pour la conche du Chay. Le centre ville de Royan est également accessible et très sympathique avec un superbe marché quotidien. Enfin, la conciergerie offre un service souple, réactif et irréprochable. Y séjourner sans modération.
