Set on a 490 sqm plot, this beautifully designed villa offers 175 sqm of bright and spacious living areas, combining comfort, privacy, and high-end amenities.

The home features a large open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, central island, dining area, and comfortable lounge—perfect for gathering and sharing special moments. A separate utility room with washer and dryer is also available.

With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, the layout is ideal for large families or multi-generational stays, allowing everyone to enjoy their own private space.

An impressive villa, quite new, and extremely well equipped especially the kitchen which has everything that you could possibly need. The hosts, and their daughter, are very accommodating, and communication with them was excellent with the daughter speaking very good English.The children enjoyed the pool and with the beach close by we were able to spend a lot of time there. We were very impressed by Vaux sur Mer, it is a lovely town, with a good market and boulangeries, and well looked after.I would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone with a large family, we could not fault it.

Amazing family holiday

Beautiful home, plenty of space for everyone and very well equipped. As 3 generations of family, everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a wonderful holiday. Ideal location for the beaches and visiting the local area. Lots of bars and lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend

The house is really attractive and well equipped and provided a perfect location for our holiday. Unfortunately, at the end of our stay, we missed an unexpected email on the final day that gave new details and conditions for leaving. Consequently, we couldn’t fulfil the instructions. We completed all tasks as set out in our rental contract and house rules. As we left, I sent a very complimentary short email of thanks and departed. From that moment our host transformed into a very aggressive individual. He took offence that I hadn’t followed his late and unseen instructions and decided that I was a “liar”, a “coward”, comparing me to a “thief”, a ”pig”, perhaps had “Alzheimer’s.” He said we had left his “beautiful house in a deplorable state”. He threatened me with “a bad time”. This was part of a whole series of hostile and threatening emails through the Vrbo site. At this stage it is worth pointing out there was no damage or breakages to the house and none is claimed. He is demanding a large additional cleaning fee. We offered to pay reasonable compensation subject to his referenced photos. These showed very little but after analysis I offered a much smaller sum. The host eventually admitted that most of the house was “acceptable”. In actuality over 95% was fine.Mostly, he seemed upset by our perceived lack of contrition. He threatened, illegitimately, to cash our security cheque as a punishment, “a lesson in etiquette” for all the past hosts we had intimidated.Beware

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cette très belle maison, toute neuve, très spacieuse et parfaitement fonctionnelle pour une grande famille. La maison est en tout point conforme aux photos affichées sur le site. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées (avec salle de bain privative et dressing) , la literie est très bonne. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et vraiment très très bien équipée. Le salon est grand, les canapés et fauteuils sont très confortables. La piscine chauffée est très agréable, tout comme l'espace jardin et ses nombreux transats. Il y a un superbe barbecue à disposition. Les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants, très disponibles et à l'écoute. Une prestation d'une très grande qualité !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille. Points positifs : maison et équipements récents, piscine, environnement agréable et proche de la plage et des commerces, communication facile avec le propriétaire pour préparer notre arrivée. Points d’amélioration : pas de climatisation ni ventilateur très chaud pendant l’été, frais de ménage pour 1/2 journée ménage (n’incluant pas le nettoyage du barbecue obligatoire) élevé, propriétaires extrêmement méticuleux.

Spacieuse et confortable maison neuve dans quartier calme proche de la mer

Nous avons été accueillis de manière très sympathique. La maison se trouve dans un quartier calme. On peut se rendre à la plage en 5mn à pied et les commerces sont à 5mn en voiture. La maison est neuve, grande et confortable. Tout a été très bien pensé et rien ne manque. Toutes les chambres pour adultes donnent sur la piscine qui est chauffée. Les propriétaires ont été très flexibles pour faciliter notre départ de très bonne heure. Nous avons donc passé un très agréable séjour. Nous recommandons.
